Edit: My husband did go back up there and they gave us the rest of our food. After this review, the manager called and was apologetic and polite. Although there was a mushso, the food was very good once we got everything. Note: Check your order thoroughly before leaving.

Original: First, they only gave us half our takeout order. Was missing a whole entree. The food we did get was: Cold Shredded lettuce does not mean 2 small pieces of lettuce Side of Queso does not mean mixed into the corn No option to have spices on ground beef, so it's just plain ground beef Missing a whole entree, side of queso, side of Mexican rice, the tortilla chips and had to drive back up there. The gyro was actually just all the ingredients slopped into a takeout dish.

It was great last time. This time, it was lazy, sloppy, and missing the mark...

My family and I absolutely love the food here! We come just abound every Sunday now to get food for the family. The staff calls my husband, “big order guy” haha. Food is fresh and so yummy! The store is very clean as well, every time we walk in someone is always cleaning something and that makes me so happy. Absolutely love the portion sizes we can never finish a bowl in one sitting, but they’re good as leftovers!

Only issue I have is I am not sure how to redeem my points on their reward system. on the app they have it says you can redeem online or in store but it never lets us which is frustrating, but not a big problem! Overall we love this place and we love the staff...

BYOB in Columbia Kentucky is a Very Clean and very neat restaurant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the BYOB chicken and Beef with white rice and multiple veggies along with queso ,beans and peppers. It was very good. My wife had the chicken hibachi it was good and we also had a chicken quesadilla that we split. It was good plus we had plenty to take home. The staff were friendly and professional.
