I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s!! I have taken my two granddaughters there several times over the last few years and they enjoyed playing in the play area. They was always other children’s that loved meeting and playing with. I am keeping them this week and went To this McDonald’s for lunch and invited another friend and her two grandchildren. The playground was closed, even though the sign says was open. We ask if they were going to open the playground and a nice gentleman working there said he would ask, he came back and said They would open it, but that they closed the play area when it rained. It was not raining outside. It was cloudy but no rain so he went and asked a second time while we waited for about 15 minutes, came back and said no they were not going to open it so we went to Chick-fil-A across the street and they had a great time. Today, Wednesday, we went back to the McDonald’s and invited the same friend and her two grandchildren we were all inside and the play area Was closed again it was not raining outside! We waited, and finally, someone said that they would open it. The woman in charge was eating or taking a break. Another woman and her grandson had said the lady said as soon as she finished her break, they would open it. Again we waited after a while. I went up to another woman who was cleaning a table and asked if they were going to open the play area and she said no if it is closed and locked, it is closed. So we left and went back to Chick-fil-A and had our lunch there and let the kids play in their indoor play area! Not only did they not have the play area open for the second time in a week they had no ice cream or milkshakes because someone had not delivered the milk product or whatever they need to make milkshakes or ice cream. I am not sure what’s going on at that McDonald’s, but it is awful and it will be a long time before I take my grandchildren back or even tell anyone about it! The women in there were very rude and dismissive, I am not sure who owns this particular McDonald’s, but I am going to find out and call corporate to recommend that they do some work on that McDonald’s. Terrible experience!!! I am looking for another McDonalds around that has a play area that is not...
Read moreI am posting this for myself and the customer that placed the order from this McDonald's. Quite honestly, I've never had someone immediately come over a drive through speaker and yell "we're closed", but the employee running the speaker did that to me tonight. Starting from the beginning, I am an Uber driver. A diamond status driver who makes sure his customers are satisfied. When I run into issues at restaurants, especially considering I have managed a few for over fifteen years before switching over to driving. I don't tolerate the behavior that happened tonight. After wasting my own fuel and putting wear and tear on my vehicle to retrieve this order, I was greeted in the fashion mentioned above. When I told her that I was picking up an Uber Eats order, she actually just repeated herself, this time adding "Yeah, but we're closed." I told her that it didn't matter because the fact I had received the order means it was received and accepted by McDonald's system. Her response to that was "Yeah, that order did come in but it come in right at midnight and they refused to make it because we're closed." I didn't really waste much time other than to tell her that her store would be receiving bad ratings from both me and my customer because this entire crew not only wasted my time and money, but they also wasted the customer who ordered's time. This crew is just okay with being rude to everyone apparently. I'm honestly sickened by it. I shouldn't ever have to message one of my customers to tell them that the staff at the place they ordered acts this way. I've attached what I had to tell my customer. Please fire this entire crew. Coming from an ex manager, it's honestly exactly what I would do to make a point to everyone that that is...
Read moreI usually love coming to this McDonald’s always had good service, but today was probably the worse experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Waited at the curbside pick up for 48mins, tired going inside the doors were locked. Then I got in the drive through for another 20mins and when it was my turn to order no one asked for my order so I just pulled up to the window. As I’m pulling around the girl taking orders is telling the customer in front me “ oh I don’t know why he sitting there (referring to the other person the the curbside parking) cause ain’t nobody coming out to him it’s only up to the window I let her know I placed a curbside order and she tells me I have to go back through the long line again just to let her know that at the speaker. So I let her know I was already waiting an hr at this point for my food and told me well you gotta go back through the line to get your food and asked if I stopped at the speaker. I told her I was y going to go back through because I stopped but no one said anything, mind you even the car in front of me who was at the speaker cause no one was saying anything, meanwhile instead of taking orders you sitting there having a whole unnecessary conversation with a customer telling them you aren’t worried about the other customers in curbside waiting. So she slammed the window in my face and walked off. Finally another lady came to the window and was really nice and asked what my order was and helped me...
