The reason for my score/rating is because when I arrived to the store at 8:24am the store was not open. The store was scheduled to open at 8am. Myself and three other people were standing at the door and this lady (Caucasian, short and blonde) came to the door after she stopped vacuuming and stated they were having technical issues with their system so they weren’t open. I advised her that it would be more professional to place a sign on the door to inform the customers because other customers were there before me and left due to them not being open and not having a sign on the door. I asked what time do they estimate opening and the same lady stated 10 minutes. So, I left and before heading back I called only to ask if they were open and this same lady (because I remembered her voice) stated I asked you to hold, so I held for 3 minutes just to ask again are they open and she said yes. Once I returned to the store, the young man (African American) that rung me was very professional, great customer service and apologized for the inconvenience of them opening late. To pick up my ink stamps that has always been done in store. Well today a new face by the Name of Ms. Roberta was so nasty. So rude. No kind of respect. I asked her where do I put the old stamps which I always leave at counter but just wanted to be respectful of her working. She looked at me, didn’t say anything. So I waited and asked her again. She responded “can’t you see I’m doing something “ wow…I was like my bad. She then look up at me. We stare at each other for like 2 seconds. “What you need” is what she said.    Read moreOrdered 500 Business Cards for same-day pick-up. The first run of 10 cards I received were very off center. Once adjusted to center the rest of 490 remaining cards were cut to size. Once I Left the store I checked the cards and noticed that there were random white streaks along the right side of the cards. I went back in the store and roughy 50% of the cards had this defect. The Copy Print Technician had to manually cut about 245 cards to correct this issue. It was obviously a malfunction with the equipment being used, which resulted in poor card quality. At the register, the cashier attempted to enroll me in the rewards program which also malfunctioned. All of the employees in the store were helpful and they all deserve Five Stars. The product quality for the business cards, I received, would be a ZERO! I don't feel that they meet the professional guidelines and wouldn't represent my profession or business adequately.
