A coworker had shown me the menu this morning, and told me they had a grand opening this weekend. I was so sad I missed it. After getting off work and taking kids to school, I stopped in with my youngest (5.) What a beautiful set up! You feel like you're walking into a new peaceful world and shutting out all the stress behind you. The menu is big, but not overwhelming, and I was assisted with all of my indecisive questions. My son got a mango milk tea with dragon fruit poppers, and in his words "holy guacamole it tastes like ice cream!' hehe I was helped and finally decided on the passion fruit fresh tea with passion fruit and pomegranate poppers 😜 Mine was also amazing, but more weightless and fruity. My son and I were probably there for about 35 minutes, giggling and laughing and finishing our drinks. I enjoyed mine so much I ordered another to go! Wonderful, polite service. Delicious drinks! Watching them being made compared to seeing them coming from a machine, makes them taste so much better. Everyone should check this cafe out! I will definitely be back to try their food! And of...

This review was a long time in the making, but I had to make sure it can live up to the quality this place has. I've been going here every day since the grand opening, and there is absolutely nothing I could complain about. The food and drinks are all amazing, you won't go wrong picking out any of the options on the menu. Phill is an absolutely phenomenal server and will always make sure the drinks are high quality. The aesthetic of this place is like no other, and it's always a pleasure to be able to dine in. The Bahn Mi are amazing too. Perfect bread, (made fresh in house by the way, everything is) perfectly cooked everytime. Everything is super affordable and reasonably priced as well, I cannot recommend Nouveau Tea enough, and honestly my praises can't put into perspective the quality that is here. 100/10, this is definitely a place you...

5* experience.

Simple no frills spot that serves a variety of coffee and boba tea products.

The bahn mi (the bread) is UNREAL. Seriously local delis take note, and to the bakery, Nouveau, you should market this bread to local delis because wow it’s amazing.

The pork is amazing. Unbelievable coming out of this little cafe/bakery. And the sandwiches that combine the 2 and more are to die for. Add the price tag, and you’ve got one amazing spot for lunch (7.50 for a huge sandwich, mover over 5$ foot-longs of yore, this puppy is an inflation buster!)!!

Patronize these people for the love of all things good! This will quickly become a Columbia staple, I’m positive!

Not sure if you can tell but...

Nouveau Tea is a fantastic addition to Columbia's food scene. Writing as a "local," I was a little nervous to see a Vietnamese place pop up in town, but they've done a remarkable job building a menu that's accessible to the American palette. I had a Thai milk tea and the pork banh mi. The Thai milk tea was rich without being overly sweetened, and the pork banh mi was juicy and savory with a nice fresh crunch from the vegetable toppings. The interior is cozy and beautiful, and the staff was friendly in the most genuine way. Definitely worth the three-block walk from the center of town.
