We stopped in last Sunday while visiting family in the Columbia area. I was met by a clean and bright dining area and was impressed to see the staff cleaning surfaces, especially the glass around the counter where you order. They were busy, but helped us promptly with our orders despite our group being large, we also really had no clue as to what we wanted before we got there to order. If you've ever worked in food service especially, you know how fun it can be for service industry staff to wait on you to decide! So far all of my review has been on the outstanding staff and atmosphere, but I haven't even gotten to the most important part. The food! The elotes are amazing. Forget any other ice cream shop, this place is where it's at! Great hours and it has a super clean store. The staff is always great and they don't skimp on portions either! The parking is a little irritating but it's worth it I guess. Plus they have all kinds of latino treats as well. I usually get the magonada or whatever it's called. My son told me about this place and knew I would absolutely love it here! He was not wrong. From the treats, to the cleanliness, to the service, this has quickly become one of my favorite places in town. The ladies here are serving up some serious treats.
