If you have a broken appliance, save your money and come here for the parts, then look online on how to replace the part yourself and keep on going with what you have. They've provided exactly what I needed on my Samsung dryer a couple of times now....

This place doesn't do house calls so they refer out to a person named "Ricky"... Do NOT use him, he's a total rip off. Didn't fix the issue when he said he did, took the money and ran. When called to ask to come back to fix said problem he said sorry, he couldn't! Offered no help and no apology. If this appliance store is willing to refer someone, then they will have to stand by their referral....
