Great experience! Wade was on the floor this morning with great examples, how to’s, explaining and answering questions like as quick as I could ask. The man knows what you’re thinking and no matter the difficulty of questions he explained with exuberance and enthusiasm. I’m feeling pretty good about my purchase today. Be delivered on Friday and I think I’ve found the bed and adjustable bed I’ve been looking for. No pressure sales, thanks Wade, I appreciate you.

Update, I returned to mattress firm today and met Ms Shirley. My reason to go in was to try different mattress. The Black Beauty Firm is to form for my bones for sure. I am returning the firm and going with the Black Beauty Medium (15.25”), Shirley pointed out the differences in which I was thinking in line with her. I laid on the mattress and immediately could notice that difference. So they will swap out my mattress with the new on Friday and I am looking forward to sleeping on the new one. I must thank Shirley for her knowledge and assistance, she made the return seamlessly easy and with a pleasant disposition.

It was not my best experience, and I only went to Mattress King, because the company I was dealing with did not have what I was looking for. I would only hope my experience is not indicative of the culture of Mattress King, or maybe it is, with their ok and support of it. The salesperson did not accommodate the information I requested, although She was asked to have certain information worked out, before my arrival; and she had two days to put some figures together that I asked for. She was not up front about some things, and an inordinate amount of time was spent on the sales contract for the bed. The salesperson also said things about my bank account that were not appropriate or valid. I would not recommend Mattress King and I won't make another purchase there. A more appropriate thing for me to have done, would have been to walk away from the deal all together. The salesperson acted as if she was doing me a favor by selling me the bed with all the discounts. What she failed to understand is that I was spending close to 2 thousand dollars and that this was a major purchase for me. I saved nothing, bit I spent two thousand dollars. The only favor done was for the store which gained a purchase. They did me no favors. I am the customer, not the salesperson. I...

I purchased a mattress a little over a week ago. I was told it would be delivered on 6/3, so I took off work to be there. On 6/3 I was at home for the time slot given and about 30 minutes towards the end of time slot, I had not heard from anyone. So I called the local store and was told that they are running behind and I asked that they contact Delivery service to have them call me to give me and idea when they would be there. After about 1hr, I still have not heard from anyone. So I tired to call back the store and could not get anyone on the phone. I repeated several times calling the store and couldn't get anyone. So at about 2hrs after the time slot, I went to the store and was told by the person working there that they just got the mattress in stock and it would be 6/8 before I would receive my mattress. This is poor business model. I was never told that it was out of stock the week after I had paid for the mattress or any notification that the delivery date has changed. I request my money back and went somewhere else. Will not do business...
