I don't normally do bad reviews but this time I made an exception. I order food through the app the day before when I got off work around 3pm for lunch today. Never had issues in the past through the app and they print off everything for each meal so you can see what does or doesn't go in each. Not rocket science. When I opened my 2 entrées. Both of my orders were wrong. I don't eat meat. Why is there chicken in my bowl? Where is the lettuce? My husband didnt want cooked vegetables/fajitas in his. Why is there corn in my bowl??? I get the same thing every time... called the store and the manager didn't want to remake my food and said go through the app for a refund. You don't get a refund through the app. Just 2 free entrée's that you have to use separately which is only good for the day they offer it. Even if you can argue that maybe they swap the lids. I didn't ask for sour cream in mine. No animal products is suppose to be in mine and even in his there's not supposed to be corn. Again, where is the lettuce? I called the store wanted my food remade but the manager refused. First she was trying to say if you don't have a receipt or order details. And then I said the order details and receipt is still printed on the bag and on each bowl. She just kept saying well I can't give a refund if you ordered through the app. I cut her off because she kept rambling about the app and not being sure what I ordered. I said I'd rather you remake it then give me a refund. She said I'm not remaking it because you seem hostile😂. Never cursed her or anything. I know what a bad Chipotle is like; this is not one of them.

Read moreUPDATE: Ive gone back to this store 3x and 2 of the 3 visits I’ve had issues. Chipotle only lets you order a quesadilla online and ordering via their app has failed 2 of 3 times. Each time I’ve ordered I get an error about issues with payment method but then Chipotle charges the card on file, my order doesn’t go through AND I have to pay on the spot with the same card on file. Last time, my card was charged twice, then when I arrived at designated pickup time, the staff said the order never went through. It’s too much of a hassle so I won’t be eating here anymore. Shame bc I do like their food but their technology is lacking and with no in person ordering option, I’ll just eat elsewhere.
Moving to the area and was excited to learn Chipotle is here. Visited ON my birthday and was very disappointed. However, they no longer will accept orders for quesadillas in person, have you step aside while they fix it. They now demand you order online. So when ordering in person, I had to step aside, order online then wait for my order to arrive in their system. Literally wouldn’t take my order in person and then just let me wait for it.
