A week without Chick-fil-A is like a body without a soul. But if you’re looking for consistently good friend chicken, take the extra time and head up to the Spring Hill location.
We have a lot of kids so we spend a good deal of our time and money investing to make the lives of our local Chick-fil-A operators good ones. Unfortunately, the Columbia Chick-fil-A hasn’t lived up to its end of the bargain.
The nuggies are too often swimming in an oil of mediocrity while the limp waffle fries both lack the proper cook time and the right amount of salt.
This location is busy (like all Chick-fil-As should be), but generally the wait is short as they move people through the lines.
What disappoints me most is knowing what good Chick-fil-A should taste like. If you’ve only ever eaten at this location, you might think “oh, this is five star delicious, despite the blandness of the spicy chicken sandwich.” But then you step into the wonder garden of an efficiently run shop of a real Chick-fil-A and you look back at your times of Columbia-Chick-fil-A induced moments of accepting averageness as sweet as when they mistakenly give you an unsweet tea.
It’s worth price of gas, even at todays no-good inflated prices, to take a spin up to Spring Hill to partake in what good Chick-fil-A...
Read moreThis Chick Fil A has always had a different feeling than the other stores I visit. The staff isn’t as friendly as the other stores practice and instill- very rarely do you get a “My Pleasure”. The food is good, only a few times have they sold us nuggets cooked in oil that tasted burnt. While they did replace the bad nuggets, the nuggets replaced were bad as well. Leaving with my orders through the drive thru, I have been shorted a straw a time or two(which can be very difficult when you have babies in the car and that’s the whole reason you chose drive thru!)..accidents happen but the inconvenience to follow what you thought you were doing in convenience was then lost.
I can look past all of this bec cfa is a staple that we plan to continue but WHY is this store refusing to open their play place? I’ve called a few times now to see if it’s open and no one seems to want it open! Sadly we drive 25min in the opposite direction just to give our kids their normal life back! Covid isn’t going anywhere, it’s time we learn how to live with it and give our...
Read moreI went tonight to eat after dance with my family, one of our sandwiches was missing, which wasn’t a big deal as they were slammed! I went to the counter and let them know, they were happy to give me my missing sandwich but there was a younger pregnant female working the drive through and the counter who deserves SO MUCH PRAISE! She apologized to me when I got to the counter, she even came to my table and told me how sorry she was, that she was also working the drive through and I explained that it was perfectly fine and it was not a big deal. After we ate, my youngest daughter had to use the restroom and she unfortunately shut her finger in the door of the bathroom door and she was hysterical. I went to the counter and the same employee didn’t hesitate to give me a bag of ice for her and asked if I needed something else for her. She was SOOO kind and her parents should be so proud of how she was raised. I didn’t get her name, but I hope this review reaches her managers or someone and they know how valuable of an...
