Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Columbia

My family came here for a later than normal dinner on a Tuesday evening, around 8pm. Among the other menu items for the rest of the family, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. When I got my burger, the cold ingredients were cold and crisp, but unfortunately, both beef patties were also stone cold, not warm, cold. In all my years of eating that burger at Sonic, I've never had a burger that cold... Anywhere. So, for the first time ever, I ordered the button to let them know the burger was cold. They offered to bring another replacement. It didn't take long and they were out with a replacement which I appreciated, until I took the first bite of the second burger, which was only slightly, very slightly warmer than the stone cold burger I had originally received. The fries and all the other menu items were apparently hot and served fresh, so why not the burger? This is happened at this sonic before, but never this bad. I'm the future, I do not plan on visiting this sonic after 6. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but someone needs to instruct those cooking not to make so many sandwiches in advance that they sit theoretically under the lamp for too long. Although I can only imagine that would've helped in this case. Please address this...

went there last night, pulled in and there were just a few cars so I figured we'd get quick service. NOPE .. ordered 2 icecream cones. I could have got more icecream at McDonalds for less. The girl said it's hard to get it on the cone because it's too soft ... REALLY?! .. I've gotten icecream from sonic before and there has always been more icecream than what she gave. These looked like they were for a child, not 2 grown adults. Then I ordered a Route 44 Diet Coke, easy ice. I figured that would be right out. Still only a few cars and slow. Waited, and waited, and waited. Carhops coming in and out, yet no soda. Just as I hit the button and got to talk to someone the carhop brings the soda out.... Friggen thing was FULL OF ICE .. what part of EASY ICE DON'T Y'ALL UNDERSTAND. If I wanted to pay for 4 ounces of soda I would have just went home. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME they have messed up with my Route 44 Diet Coke .. but this will be the LAST TIME I ever stop at this Sonic on James Campbell .. I am new to the area and have visited this location maybe 4 times or so. Every time I order, I order through the app. Every time I have gone to pick up my drink and my snack side, I will check in on the app as you are supposed to. Every time they say someone is on their way, they never follow up. The screen eventually goes back to the main screen so you are left thinking, “Sally never showed up. Where is my order?” And I ALWAYS have to press the red button and ask where my order is. I’ve been ordering on the app at different locations and NEVER had this issue. To top it off, some of the employees are rude. The whole purpose of ordering on the app for myself is to avoid pressing that red button and I always end up having to at this one specific location. Part of me thinks they are so slow, this is their way to get their times down, but at what expense? The...
