Subway — Restaurant in Columbia

December 23: I go to this location at 6:15pm tonight and the doors are locked when the sign says they close at 7. There is one employee in there and she does not acknowledge me at the door and I am knocking on the door and trying to get her attention and she does not even look at my direction. Horrible customer service and has been getting worse here for a while. I will not be coming back to this location and I will drive across town to get sandwiches for my family. UPDATE: After contacting a manager that night and leaving a voicemail I get a very basic and unsympathetic TEXT message from another regional manager, Judy, who just pushed the situation under the rug. When I mentioned that the location was closed at 6:15 she informed me that she was unaware of that and made it seem that she didn't care. This just further makes me want to avoid this location and go to the other locations in town that actually care about...

Well my son works at the one on business loop I don't know if she don't like him or things he's a bad employee but he only gets 1hr per week. I lost my job so I need proud of income and hours from her she was rude both times I requested the information from her. Crazy but the devil has his minion's those that do his bidding and she's one of them. We had to go to corporate to get what we needed and still have not got it. And even if we do they defended her which is warranted but no questions about why I thought she was rude. Honestly if you don't want him there fire him. But other wise I'll never send anyone to that place for a job but I pray God's will be done at that place. I hair my son had that experience...

This is my sons and I spot! The young lady that is always working alone, but never complains is the only person I will allow to serve us , because she is amazing. I personally work at the Columbia Mall and I refuse to go to the mall Subway, or the Subway on crossroads . I only go to the subway on business loop when my girl is working. I feel so bad because I don’t have her name but she is Always there and so friendly, professional. And if she isn’t a manager she should be because she is managing the store by her self , in a rough area, and always makes her guest feel amazing!!!! And she always remembers...
