Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbia

I really tried not to leave this review but seriously enough is enough. Over the last few months, these have been my experiences:

1. Randomly being closed when all signage says open, no notes on the door or drive thru indicating they're closed.
2. Next day I called to be sure they're open since they were randomly closed the day before. Guy said yes, but closing at 2. I get there at 1, they're closed and the sign on drive thru said they closed at 12:30, but I had called to see if they were open at 12:45!
3. There's always so much trash along the drive thru. And it's the same trash every time. I've had to look at the same old masks, and the same grocery bags every time I come. They just don't care to clean it up. There's been a child's shoe in one parking area for two weeks.
4. Came through and got a sandwich. Got to my destination, opened it, and it was ice cold inside. Had to go back to the store. They tried to act like they didn't believe me until I pulled it out and told the guy to touch it.
5. Today I ordered, picked up, and reached my destination to find it was a totally different sandwich than I had ordered. Went all the way back and the guy told me they're out of all but like 2 kinds, and they "probably did that because they didn't have the one I ordered" I mean what? Who does that?!

You should probably skip this place. They're unreliable, dirty, and apparently have no qualms with wasting your...

Messed whole order up. Didn't wanna fix it b/c they said they were very busy. She actually said "miss do you see the line of cars behind you?" I said yes I do. And I'm sorry but I didn't make the wrong drinks. So I'm suppose to pay $6 for a drink I didn't order b/c your busy? "Yes if u could please pull up and when we slow down I'll come out and help you". I was shocked. Thought I was being punked. Sad thing is, they don't care about one mad customer b/c they are so busy they know I won't make a difference in their business. And by the way I did pull up, after 30 min, and no one came out to "help" me I left. Yes I could have went in. But that wasn't the point. I wanted to see if they really would come out and fix my order. Like I thought,...

Someone(s) please start working here. The frequency in which they have their order ahead option cancelled, and their lobby closed (I'm assuming due to Labor shortage) is ridiculous. You're then forced to wait 25 minutes in the drive through, or skip getting your coffee because you're on your way to work. The inconsistency of the drinks are also fairly bad. I can order the same exact drink five days in a row, and on three of those days it can be made properly, and the other two just seem like it's however the barista felt like making it at the time.
