Thirsty Turtle — Restaurant in Columbia

I asked for the cheapest vodka, got charged $8.50 for a double vodka/water drink while all my friends were charged $3.50. After one drink and the bartender being rude, I asked for my tab, the bartender ignored me, went outside to smoke instead, later came back and I asked again about 15 min later. Her excuse was "well your friends ordered a bunch and I forgot". I brought to her attention the price difference in my drink and the others, she laughed. She was also rude about Covid rules stating we had to move tables apart with 10 people (we only had 9). Celeste was the bartender and quite frankly I'll never set foot back...
