Unnecessarily disgusting encounter while trying to order ONE drink. My order: Carmel ribbon crunch, no crunch candy pieces, light whip cream (& only at the top of the cup), & no caramel in the bottom of my cup. I detail my order b/c at this Starbucks they like to fill half of your cup up with whip cream, an inch worth of caramel, & then give you a splash of the Frappuccino you actually ordered. This man argued with me in the drive through about how they make the drink. Sir if I’m specifically saying not to do something to my drink that should let you know I have experienced these things happening to my drink EVERY TIME. To top it off this encounter was with the store manager. I work two jobs and frequent this location multiple times per day. This was about a three minute back & forth. When my drink should have simply been made per my request. Unbelievably disheartening experience to be spoken to like that over a drink I’m paying for not asking to have free. I left & went to the Starbucks in our Kroger and she simply took the order as relayed made the drink and I was gone. Ego tripping over a cup of coffee...
Read moreI get different experiences everytime I come here. I'm from out of state and never experienced horrible customer service like this at Starbucks back home.. These barista's need to learn professional customer service because they are RUDE! A few weeks ago I asked for extra chocolate drizzle..They made it and showed it to me and it did not look like they put any extra in there so I asked them to add more....one of the guys that was making it says "good lord." I said um I pay more for y'all to put extra drizzle in there...like what kind of response is that to a customer?! My family and I had other bad experiences here as well but too long to add in here. You should give the customers what they ask for especially if they are paying more for it..and apologize if you messed up and not rude to the customers who are the reason you have a job to go to. Read moreI usually order the same drink every day, and the staff consistently makes it correctly, even though it’s a complicated order. However, today, my drink was noticeably watery and not filled to the top. Since it’s typically thick, like a smoothie, I sent it back.
When I addressed the issue, the employee mentioned that they would need to add frappe paste to thicken it. I explained that they usually achieve the correct consistency by adding extra ice and blending it well. We went back and forth on this a couple of times before they finally added the extra ice, and the drink turned out as it should.
If I’m paying nearly $10 for a drink, I expect it to be made properly. I’ve been ordering this same drink for years and am quite certain that frappe paste has never been a part...
