Stopped eating at this location. I order online so I can pick up through the window. On their google maps listing they show DoorDash as the literal first option. So I clicked that and ordered for myself through their doordash portal. When I got to the window I was told by the woman "we can't give you your food if you order through doordash". I told her "this is not a pickup for another person, it's literally my food. I'm just asking for the food that I ordered through your own online ordering service". She basically told me she didn't care and to come inside and that "it's written on the sign" then pointed to a piece of paper saying that doordash orders had to come inside WHICH YOU CAN'T SEE FROM A WEBSITE.
I parked, went inside, and they grabbed my bag of food that was sitting on a counter behind her just to hand it to me. It was completely pointless.
I don't know if she understood the rule and this is really just a dumb rule, or she doesn't understand the rule is specifically for delivery drivers and is taking her ignorance out on people pulling up. So instead of dealing with any other weird unspecified online ordering preferences that I've never encountered at any other restaurant around here, I'm just not...
Read moreI walked in ordered my food and went to the restroom. The restroom had water damage to the ceiling, smelled of mold, and No soap was in the restroom. So I asked the young man at the register for soap and he said they didn't have any. There is a sink and soap dispenser visible from the counter by the drive thru window. I asked for soap from there. They got a cup after some arguing to retrieve soap from the soap dispenser located by the drive thru. It was empty. The young lady at the drive thru window tells me they don't have soap it gets refilled once a week and there was no soap till then. I felt uncomfortable eating food from an establishment that had no soap provided for the guest and possibly not for the employees either. I requested a refund and left the food as they are rude and unsanitary. I would avoid this taco shop. I have NEVER had anyone argue with me about soap in an establishment that sells and prepares food for...
Read moreIt's an ok place. Not a place I would immediately think of when I wanted tacos, burritos, & etc..... Food was not bad just bland and nothing "special" about it to make me stop here instead of driving 2 more mins to a place that the food is "tastier." We were not greeted and the cashier really lacked in personality as she never smiled. When we would ask her a question she would just look at us. At first I though she did not speak english but then she did speak (in one or two words) it was very plain english. We asked her about the menu and she pointed to the menu on the wall - well that was helpful (NOT!) Anyway we ordered and sat down. The restaurant is in an old / former restaurant (it appears) and it is totally dated and feels "not clean" and like there is "build up" (if you know what I mean). I wouldn't not go again but this place would definietly not be on my top 5 (maybe 10) mexican places to go when...
