One star only because you can't leave a review without giving at least one. I purched a famous bowl for my wife and a pot pie for myself. I ordered in the drive tru. Drove the 10 minutes home pull the pot pie out of the box. Took two bites well one and a quarter. It was so bad, I called to inquire if the recipe had been change in the last year. I was told now but how they prepare it was. They used to get them delivered frozen, now they get the ingredients and they mix them and cook it. Well with no intention but to inform the manager that what I was served was unmixed and barley warmed. He mumbled something about I should save it and bring it in if I heard correctly at a later date. I told him that was move effort than I was going to do. Well my wife bugged me to take it back right now. So off to town. Since the drive thru was empty I drove up to the pick up window. I asked for the manager I talked to on the phone. However an assistant manager took it upon herself to deal with me. Again with not wanting anything no refund no replacement just to show them the subpar product they served. I told her that if this is what they serve they may want to consider taking it off the menu. Well without looking at it she took offense at my comment and started to tell me that the pie was very popular and that the problem was my taste. Still at this point no offer to refund or replace and her tone was getting more annoying. I just drove away. Since this wasn't the first negative from this location. I won't ever bother patronizing this...
Read moreI went today 1:05pm 02/15/2016 and my experience was bad enough that I left without eating. I went to the competition up the street at Chik Fil A. The order menu outside did not work. The drive through microphone/speaker was clicking and cutting in and out a little. I asked to substitute legs instead of wings and I was told they didn't have enough wings to substitute. I asked them to repeat themselves and they restated they did not have enough wings. So I corrected their mistake and said, "No, I said I want legs instead of wings." The person said they didn't have enough legs and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the replacement legs. There was only one car in front of me when I arrived so they did not appear to be busy. I told them I would eat somewhere else. I went up to Chik Fil A and they were packed inside and out. With about 5 or 6 cars in front of me they got my order correct, they didn't forget the extra sauce I asked for and I didn't have to wait 15 minutes even though they were very busy. The workers at Chik Fil A were articulate and clean. The workers at KFC couldn't speak grammatically correct english and looked like they needed some exercise. That was my...
Read moreUPDATE 4-28-25 My husband was wanting chicken, so we decided to give KFC a try again since it's been a few years since we had it. We got the 6 piece chicken meal with 4 sides. 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 Mac n cheese. Plus ordered a side of fries for him. Ordered through the app. You can't use the drive thru to pick it up, you have to go inside. While my kid and I had a couple other things to do, we tried a couple of his fries. They were delicious, so my daughter and I went back to get our own sides of fries. That was the only thing that tasted good. The Mac n cheese was basically bland, the mashed potatoes were okay I guess, but the gravy tasted off. At least the staff seemed better this time.
