Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbia

This will probably be the last time I visit this location. Had a pickup order last night and they were out of flat bread due to a delayed shipment due to weather. So several items in my order had to be replaced. No big deal. They offered substitutions, but what they offered wasn't the same value. Ordered several CGCs and a chalupa, but was offered beefy 5 layers as a substitution. Seriously? I at least should have been offered a crunchwrap or something of similar value to the items that I ordered. I wasn't offered anything over $2 even though the items that I ordered are $4+. The guy at the counter (I assume the manager) kept saying Taco Bell couldn't take the hit financially, but expected the customer to? I thought this was crazy and tried to explain the difference in value to what they were offering in a reasonable way, but he wasn't getting it. I was never rude, but didn't get the same courtesy in return. I couldn't cancel the order at this point because it was a mobile order and they had already started making my items. I would have gladly accepted a refund for these items. Instead, I reluctantly agreed to the subs because there wasn't much I could do at this point. I was literally standing at the counter and he kept talking about me like I wasn't standing right there. Whoever this guy is really needs to work on his communication skills and take a crash course in what equal value means. Food is usually ok at this location, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. No...

Visited at 930pm on 1/16/24. Worst experience by far. I ordered a Cantina Chicken burrito with rice. One bite and I realized that chicken was at least 3 days old sitting in the warmer. It was so tough I couldn't even chew it. I even thought it was steak for a moment because of how dark the chicken was. What possessed the employees and especially the managers to think it was okay to serve that Cantina chicken. I would have been happier if you just told me we don't have the chicken instead of wasting money. The burrito was a lot smaller than last year when I ordered it. After taking it apart I realized they just gave me the scraps of the 5 day old Cantina chicken that were stuck to the sides of the warmer. Like I somehow accidentally spent 17 American dollars on a 7 day old burrito and some nacho fries and 2 basic beef tacos with no frills. I havent checked the tacos but I'm sure those have been living on the warmer and paying rent. Update: I was correct. The taco shells were as tough as my work boots.

Don't waste your money on this overpriced slop that is served with no pride. If you're intoxicated or whatever then by all means. That's probably the only way it will taste good. Just don't get the Cantina chicken or they will try and poison you with 9 day...

If I could give this location less than a star I would. I got a total of two different items and a box (beefy frito burrito, potato griller and the double chalupa box) and somehow they managed to mess something up on nearly everything after me waiting at the window for way to long considering there were no other customers. I ended up with some kind of cold beef tortilla pancake crud and a disgusting chicken roll with a little cheese. NOT ANYTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED! The women working the drive thru hardly let me finish what I was trying to order to rush me to the next thing and get me finished. She was rude and through the window I noticed her yelling at whoever was in the prep area. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place. They’re constantly looking for more employees and it’s a pathetic overturn. Something needs to change. $15.00 down the drain on this one transaction, I won’t be back but I will be telling...
