Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Columbia

I ordered my wife's 40th birthday cake from this store. I go and pick it up which is about an hour and 15 minutes away from my property I live in a rural Tennessee area. I get everything prepared to take ice cream and cake an hour away I get to the store and my order was not prepared the order ticket was not printed from online. The girl behind the counter I did not catch your name but she had blonde hair was so nice and tried to be very helpful and locating my cake unfortunately like I said it wasn't there or prepared. So she calls her manager which I believe is her mom and she talked to her manager and came up with a viable solution which kind of made up for the mistake. the way the manager and the employee / daughter handle the situation was great they were very caring about it and just wanted to help out and they did and even though it wasn't to cake my wife wanted we still got to have a cake and celebrate her birthday and just want to thank the manager and her daughter / employee for helping out and making a bad situation a good one. ...by the way the cake did not melt in 98 degrees outside...

Stopped in to buy cones on/around 10/28/18 and noticed how filthy the store is--it seriously needs a deep cleaning and the ice cream cones were stale. Three young ladies standing around doing nothing but making cone's. Someone should have been cleaning. The picture below is from a second visit on 11/22/18. I discovered that the employee who made the cone added the ice cream into the paper that goes around the cone and not into the cone itself. And also, the scoop they are using for ice cream is half the size of the scoop they used when we went to purchase there over a month ago. Perhaps they are purposely ripping people off on the amount of ice cream to compensate for poor winter sales? I'm not sure, but it's bad business practice to reduce the portions by 50% and not reduce the cost. We bought two cones: one single scoop and one double-scoop for nearly $11.00 after tax. We could have purchased two cartons of Breyer's ice cream for that much....

There website says they open at 11 but we got there and tried going in and they tell us that they don’t open till 12 so we came all way out here and now we have to wait so they either lied to us or they need to change there hrs on the website and this is in Columbia,tn and this is not the first time we be lied to we have called up before and asked them something and they tell us no then we stop by anyway an they had exactly what we asked for but they told us no I also went there and asked for a ice cream and they told me they were out even tho I could clearly see a whole other tub in under the empty one they still lied an told me they was out when they really just didn’t want to...
