Come into this location all the time to pick up my mobile orders. This time I was told that I had to wait outside for my order because I refused to leave my folded $1300 electric scooter outside while I was waited for the order that I already paid for. I told them that I already paid for my order, and I am not leaving my vehicle outside to be stolen. The woman smiled and shrugged and walked away. The next woman proceeded to tell me that if I don't want to leave my scooter outside then I can wait for my order that I paid for outside in the heat. Never get what you order they always put extreme amounts of mayonnaise on their sandwiches tomatoes are always green served cold and they're supposed to be hot.

Order the sandwich tonight Roast Beef & Swiss Market Fresh. Drive all the way home a half an hour to get there open the sandwich and it is a ham and swiss with so much mayonnaise on it that you can't even see what kind of sandwich you have. So I drive all the way back over to get the right sandwich and have to wait in a line for a half an hour then I show them what they gave me and all they do is say sorry and hand me the right sandwich with extra mayonnaise all over it I am so done with this Arby's on West Broad Street don't waste your time going there unless you like...

Ordered through DD food was picked up in less than 10 min which told me they gave me old food that had been sitting and I was going to be unhappy. When I got the order I was missing an entire meal plus all sides the sandwiches were ice cold and the bun was hard and not toasted. DD reordered my food and GUESS WHAT????? Same exact thing no fries and the sandwiches were ice cold. I have worked fast food and I promise it is not that hard to check a receipt before sealing and handing over a bag. I get things get busy but same exact issue twice in a row ???? You need to do better consumers pay way too much to have to experience these issues repeatedly!
