I stopped to get a meal for my husband, everything was right except the curly fries ended up being crinkle fries. I was the only person there and didn't feel the need to check the bag, thanked the gentleman at the drive through, opted out of the receipt and left. Got home to find the fries were incorrect and my husband was highly irritated (unrelated issues, just piled on) and insisted we go back.
We got inside and were greeted by a girl sweeping. Went up to the counter and waited maybe 2 minutes. Not a huge deal but no one said they'd be with us in a minute, on their way, no communication. The girl came over, my husband explained the problem, that he wanted curly, and she said "So what's the issue?". He explained it again and she stated "ok you got crinkle fries."
Honestly I'm amazed he kept his cool with her disinterested and uncaring attitude, but thankful he did because although it was their slip up, I didn't check before I left so we're both at fault. We paid for the correct fries and left. Very unimpressed with that young lady but the man I spoke with, who I imagine is the manager, was very pleasant. I won't come back...

The manager, I believe, called out the name Karen twice and food remained on the counter. Later a gentleman approached the counter asking about his food. He gave his name and they said they didn’t have an order by that name. They only had one for Karen that had not been claimed. He obviously was not Karen. They opened the sack to look at the order. It was in fact his order. However they continued to ask him why he didn’t come and claim the food. He tried to explain that his name was not Karen but the question was repeated several times. By the time he asked about it the food in the sack was cold. The manager never apologized for the mistake nor did she offer to make fresh food for that customer. She turned and yelled at the customer, “You have your food! Now take it and go! “. I have never seen this particular person act so mean and disrespectful to a customer. Read moreWent through the drive through and had to substitute the bun for my sandwich because they used the last one on my wife's sandwich, ok no problem. Get up to the window and pay and they give me a cup of water for my daughters kids meal instead of the bottled water it said that came with the meal, I asked to have bottled water instead and they replaced it, ok not too big a deal. They give us our drinks and food and we get on the interstate to go home and then realize that they did not give us straws for either of our other drinks, no sauces which they asked us what we wanted and we told them and the oreo bites we ordered and paid for were not in the bag.
