AMAZING gluten free treats! ๐Ÿ˜ Baking a good GF item is tough. Getting the texture and taste right is hard to do; they're often too dry, or too stodgy, or they crumble into dust, or you nail the texture but the taste is off. I've been eating GF since my celiac diagnosis almost 20 years ago, and this bakery is now in my top 2! I am so glad I detoured slightly to try this place! I live 2 hours from Columbus but was there for some volunteer work. Before driving home, I decided to treat myself. There's lots of street parking in the area but you'll likely still have to walk a little. The store is inside North Market (which took me a second to figure out because I am a country bumpkin!), and there's plenty of seating in the market should you wish to devour your treats immediately. I got a box of various yums, including a sugar cookie that is, hands down, THE BEST GF cookie I have ever had. I cannot express enough how the texture and taste were PERFECT. I've found sugar cookies to be one of the hardest things to make gluten free and have long since given up trying to make them myself. This was AMAZING. Just perfect. I also bought something called a 'doughnut muffin' (duffin?) that I devoured like a ravenous beast in my car. Somehow I managed to save the remaining treats. I had the coffee cake muffin (see photo) for the following days breakfast, and I have two additional treats in my freezer for future consumption. This bakery deserves all the love just for their incredible products but they also happen to staff the loveliest people! Very polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. As you can see, I'm now a huge fan. Next time I'm in the area, I WILL be back! (And might buy the whole case of sugar cookies.๐Ÿ˜ˆ)

Tried them for the first time yesterday on April 12th, 2024, needless to say their desserts and pastries are delicious! I found them via Google research, while googling new local bakeries with an under 30 minute close commute. I actually was going to go to the local Panera Bread and get my fav, but after a brief conversation via phone to see if they had a batch of certain muffins in stock for pick up purchase, Panera Bread advised me via phone "we recently decided to discontinue that dessert item ma'am." It was the only thing dessert wise I liked at Panera Bread really. While searching for something new I now found this little bakery shop which is my new crave. I'll be back shortly to fulfill another sweet tooth craving.๐Ÿฆท๐Ÿง๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜€ Review Add-on & Edit: I went back to the bakery on April 18th 2024 and bought some more of my faves. What I noticed is that sometimes they're inconsistent with moisture some of them were a little bit stiff, I don't know how many days the muffins had been sitting out they weren't rock hard solid but they weren't as soft and moist as the first ones I had tried on April 12th, 2024. However they still tasted good, baked goods shouldn't be left out for too long. Too much air and they get stale quickly. But I'm still happy I found this little Bakery, I'll try a bit more different variety pastries and baked good items closer to the holiday season to see what's new but as for now I'm taking a break.

Being sensitive to gluten and having friends with the same sensitivities means we are constantly on the hunt for good gluten free treats. I started following Bake Me Happy on Instagram and creeped on all of their photos and drooled over the photos. I finally had a reason to go. This place is less than 15 minutes from my work, itโ€™s tucked away off of parsons on Moler. Thereโ€™s ample street parking, however Iโ€™m sure itโ€™ll be harder to find parking as they gain popularity. The inside is cute and clean. I was promptly greeted and asked if he could prepare a drink for me. They stole my heart when I realized that their cold brew coffee only comes in a 20 oz for only $3! *shovels my money over to them* Looking over the treats, I may have slightly lost my mind. I ordered four oatmeal pies, three brownies, two rice krispy treats, three zebra cakes, two peanut butter cookies and a blueberry lemon pound cake. For 15 treats and a a cold brew my total was about $55. Well. Spent. My husband who typically scoffs at gluten free things gobbled his treats down without a complaint, and my friends raved about theirs as well. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone what a wonderful place this is!
