Late lunch, after 1 PM. People seated at about 3 tables. Ordering was difficult - having to shout our order across the service area to the drive thru register. The man taking our order was very helpful and apologetic and had a good attitude. Food took forever to deliver - a sandwich, strips, one side, one bottled water. The side was good. The strips were dry. Behind the counter, women were discussing, loudly, employee staffing issues, the entire time. After eating, I asked if one was the manager, she was, and I stated that the dining room customers did not care to listen to staffing drama matters. She got really loud, really critical, and stated how dare I tell her she could not talk - she is manager and she must talk management with her staff and she must do so with loud volume. I stated again that the paying customer did not want to hear all that, and she ramped up more. I walked out. He stated he was short staff when one coworker was just sitting in the lobby and two were in the back moving at a slow pace, as I'm waiting he didn't acknowledge me until another co-worker told him how long I've been waiting all he can say he was sorry!!! Read moreIt is Saturday March 29th and the only female working ( the one that wears a shower cap to work ) can not do math at all - I normally order 2 ham biscuits with extra ham - she can not comprehend that the register charged for extra ham for as many biscuits you purchase - so with 2 biscuits if you add extra ham the computer charges you once for BOTH extra pieces of ham but she thinks she needs to punch the extra ham button for as many biscuits you get- so instead of charging me once she tries to charge me twice- I ordered 4 biscuits and she charged me $4.77 four times !!!
