Español: Estábamos buscando un lugar en Columbus para comernos unos tacos decentes y surgió este lugar. Decidimos darle una oportunidad. La experiencia nos fue mal, el lugar esta pésimo. Pedimos una orden fácil de 9 tacos, 3 refrescos y un guacamole como aperitivo. Tardaron mucho en sacar todo y salió todo frío. Y el guacamole todo desabrido sin sabor y sal. Envié los tacos para atrás, los recalentaron, y los traen de regreso. Los tacos fueron los peores tacos que hemos probado. Los de carnitas nadaban en grasa y líquido. Las tortillas se rompían porque estaban remojadas en la grasa. Tuve que exprimir el líquido y la grasa de la carne para tratar de comerme un taco y aún así no pude comerme los de carnitas. Me comí uno y mi novio otro y el otro taco lo largamos allí. Para ser franca fue asqueroso y terminé enfermándome por la comida.
Luego fuimos a pagar la cuenta y trataron de cobrarnos 54 dólares por nuestra comida y no me querían soltar el recibo. Entonces les pedí el recibo de nuevo y la señora con una actidud pero tan pésima al fin me da el recibo. Leo el recibo y veo que en realidad son $52, no $54, y nos cobraron por tacos adicionales que no recibimos. Por lo tanto, no solo mienten sobre el precio del la cuenta, sino que también mienten con los cargos porque agregaron elementos adicionales de manera incorrecta e intencional. Completamente sin ético, deshonesto y sórdido. Ni siquiera queríamos discutir con ellos para quitar los tacos extra porque la experiencia fue tan mala, solo queríamos irnos lo más pronto posible, porque encima de todo esto perdimos muchisimo tiempo. Casi 2 horas allí pasando por mal servicio, mala comida y cargos deshonestos.
Así que pagamos y les dejamos cero propina, lo que nunca antes habíamos hecho en ningún otro lugar. Entendemos que a veces los restaurantes y servidores tienen días malos, pero esto fue más que eso. La cajera grosera fue deshonesta con el precio, agregó artículos que no se compraron en el recibo, la comida repugnante, fría, goteando aceite y líquido. En general, una experiencia terrible. Jamás nunca volveremos y nos aseguraremos de que nuestros amigos y familiares nunca tomen ni un paso en este lugar.
English: We were looking for a decent taco place in Columbus and this place came up. We decided to give it a try. The entire experience was so bad. We ordered an easy order of 9 tacos, 3 sodas, and guacamole as the appetizer. They took a long time to bring everything out and it all came out cold. The guacamole was flavorless too. I sent back the tacos, they reheated them, and brought them back. The tacos were the worst tacos we’ve ever had. The carnitas tacos were swimming in grease and liquid and the tortillas were breaking bc they were just so wet. It was disgusting and I ended up getting sick from the food.
Then we went to cash out and they tried to charge us $54 dollars for our food and not give me the receipt. I asked for the receipt and the lady cashing us out had a bad attitude and was incredibly rude. She finally gives me a receipt and I see that it’s actually $52 not $54 and they charged us for extra tacos that we didn’t get. So not only is she lying about the price at cash out, they’re also lying with the charges because they wrongly and intentionally added extra items. Completely unethical, dishonest, and sleazy. We didn’t even want to argue with them to remove the extra tacos because the experience was so bad, we just wanted to leave, because on top of all this we wasted so much time. Almost 2 hours for bad service, bad food, and dishonest charges.
So we paid and left them zero tip, which we have never done anywhere before. We understand that sometimes restaurants and servers have bad days but this was beyond that. The rude cashier being dishonest about price, the adding items that weren’t purchased onto the receipt, the disgusting food leaking oil and liquid. Just an overall a terrible experience. Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE! My husband went and picked up an order to go. He doesn't speak Spanish and apparently the person helping him didn't speak English. He was able to get by on the little Spanish he does know. He placed the order and then brought the food home. The food is not good. The tortilla on my burrito was hard as a rock and the asada was crunchy and cooked to oblivion. I just barely saw the receipt and was even more appalled. It appears they seriously took advantage of him not speaking Spanish and completely overcharged him for two out of our three meals. They charged him $17.37 for 3 tacos de lengua. Who the hell charges that much for tacos? Per their menu and the prices, it should've only been $10.47 ($3.49 per). They overcharged me on my garbage burrito as well. It should've been $7.49, but they charged $11.99. I wonder how many other people they've overcharged and taken advantage of because they don't speak Spanish. Don't even bother with this place. I'm floored it has a 4 star rating. It should be 0 and out of business. I've tried to call to chat about refunding us the money we were overcharged, but the phone just rings and rings with no answer or message machine....
Read moreI must say the food was ok at best. We took an order for everyone including my daughter and everyone's food arrived then the waitress asked if we wanted to order my daughter anything. We told her we ordered the chicken nuggets when everyone made their order. Then we couldn't even get silverware and had to ask multiple times before we got flimsy plasticware. Then when my wife took my daughter to the bathroom there was fecal matter all over the floor to which the waitress said "We'll check it out for you" 10 minutes later it's still there and we just had to leave. I don't think I'll be going back again since the servings you get for the pricing wasn't worth it. $4.99 for a tiny taco with barely any filling that wasn't even hot it not worth it...
