Wing Town — Restaurant in Columbus

Today, I stopped by the location on Buena Vista Road to retrieve lunch. Less then five minutes later, my order was ready. When the tray was opened by the casher S....a, the wings appeared appetizing. When the wings were about to be eaten minutes later, it was discovered the wings were cold. It appeared that the cook prepared these wings prior to my arrival and just added teriyaki sauce on them and served them as freshly cooked wings. Crazy thing is, there was only one customer whom was seated in the dining room eating. Not busy at all and I never mentioned being on a time restraint. So, when it was discovered the wings were not edible, a call was placed to the South Lumpkin Road location. Around 1259 hours on today, I placed a call to the business and asked to speak with the manager T....e whom magically went to the bank just as I called. Left my name and number for T....e to call me when she returned. No call back, it's 1430 hours now. When I placed another call the location, my call was rejected. It appears the management team wished not to handle complaints about service that was not up to par. Wing Town has lost a loyal customer. Hopefully if the management team ever take a gander at their reviews then I just might receive that call back but I am not holding...

Saturday, December 10, 2022, wings looked like and tasted like they had been refried, called to speak to someone about it, she was no help I told her this is bad for your business, and that’s why your parking lot empty, as small as those wings are people don’t mind waiting for there good and it shouldn’t take long to cook, pest poor attitude, she said she will let the owner know, but that’s just a cover up, he don’t speak to the customers about complaints, I had a bad experience about a year ago too, I thought I would give them another try, she said what was my ticket # , I said I don’t want anything I just need y’all to do better, that’s not right, won’t...

Wow! what more can I say about Wing Town that is located right here in Columbus! I currently live in the Atlanta area but I do have family that live here in Columbus & when I'm here & when I want wings it is only one place that comes to mind & that is Wing Town of Columbus! I would highly recommend this place for lunch happy hour dinner or whatever that you're craving at that moment when it comes to chicken wings of all flavors! & including their french fries as well everything is top-notch & they do get crowded & rightfully so so take care & remember enjoy eating out there may God bless you all take care!!...
