I hope the food is good because the service is awful!! The staff would rather play on their cell phone rather than do their jobs. On 2 separate occasions I show up to pick up Door Dash orders and had to prepare the customer's drinks myself. Not only could it potentially be unsanitary but it isn't my job. I'm not a C Town Employee so I should not have to be preparing anything. The workers have plenty of time to prepare the food and drinks prior to me arriving to pick them up.
To get the order to the customer in a timely fashion, I got them their drinks and one was Sweet Tea. I managed to get the cup filled up 3/4 of the way and the container was empty. I told the girl behind the counter I needed more sweet tea and she didn't care. She just went back to texting on her phone. When I delivered the food to the customers I apologized about the lack of sweet tea and informed her what happened. Read moreSo the first time I tried their food I was very disappointed. The skin on the wings were soggy and the wings had little taste. The fries were also soggy. I vowed to not try this place again. A few weeks later my sister asks me if I liked their food, I told her no and she went on to tell me how she loved their wings. WHAT???!! I told her how my food was soggy and gross. She said that you have to request the food extra crispy. I admit I still didn’t try them again until she volunteered to buy them. I tried them extra crispy and man, they were GOOD. I’m hooked this is my new wing spot. Oh and the prices are the best in town. I highly recommend them but if you buy wings or fries to only get them if they are cooked extra crispy.
Update: I guess they’ve come to realize that their wings should automatically be “crispy.” I haven’t had to ask...

They never wash their hands after touching their phone and they don’t apologize for their poor listening skill when they get your order incorrect. Instead they text about you amongst themselves rather than simply apologizing. Which I zoomed in and saw for myself. They know to text it and not say it.(Scary (Clock it). The owners are never there to correct them. I would be concerned about consumer privacy rights because they could easily capture your card data and buy more citi trends looking attire.
