Looks like I'm not the only one with issues. 2-21-19, I ordered a large pizza as I've been doing for the 2 1/2 years I've lived at this temporary residence. I work at home/this temporary residence in the basement, and this is the reason I always watch the security monitor whenever I order a pizza.. After waiting for some time, I noticed that I had received a phone call, and upon hitting redial, discovered that is was the Papa Johns delivery guy claiming that he knocked and rang the doorbell, which could be true. However, I told him that was impossible because I never saw anyone pull into the driveway or walk up the driveway to the door (the only reasonable way to approach a private residence). The driver then started talking tough, so I hung up the phone and called the store.
According to Papa Johns, they have a policy where the drivers do not park in the driveway way, when my surveillance cameras show that every time I've ever ordered a pizza from Papa Johns over the course of the last 2 1/2 years, THE DRIVER HAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, and this is the only way that I know to make my way upstairs to meet the driver at the door. The driver claims that he walked around the view of the camera and came up on to the porch. Is that even smart considering the robberies that have been taking place recently? Is that smart period, considering the ground is wet and snowy? When i contacted the store, the person who answered the phone had a slight attitude as well, but she said that she would resend the pizza back out. I told the clerk that if that same driver comes back to my residence talking tough and acting stupid, there wouldn't be "nothing nice" to come out of that. The clerk got lightweight smart again as she reassured me that my pizza would be out, but that she didn't know if the same delivery guy would be out. An hour later I call the store and David Williams, Willcot, something of that nature said that because I berated his driver, who was actually the one doing the berating, he refused to send my pizza out. I've never had a problem before because, as I've said, THE PAPA JOHNS DRIVERS HAVE ALWAYS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY and MY CAMERAS FOOTAGE CAN VALIDATE THIS FACT!!!
People in 'important' positions should be very careful about how they treat others because you never know if the person you're talking to/dealing with might be important in some way that could cause serous back lash and humiliation. My phone system is set up to record all calls that come in, so the conversation with all three individuals , along with the video surveillance of all the Papa John's pizza deliveries, and the Ghost delivery guy that came tonight, is all the proof I need to make a nice big, professional stink about the trash that represents Papa John's 1692 Morse Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43229.

Read moreI ordered a pizza at exactly 7:11pm which was also a coupon sale they had going on... Iordered two pizzas bread sticks and a 2 liter drink. Well after waiting to go pick it up I decided to go get my order and when I arrived they seemed quick pased SEEMED... The young boy at the counter was nice and explained that our order was not ready yet even though I was told that it would be ready in 45 min. So I say down and waited and watched as they scrambled around while listening in on a conversation that one of the workers was having with a customer on the phone. Apparently he charged the ladies card twice and screwed up in her order twice and now she was going to have to wait three days before she could get her money back. Even hearing that pissed me of because I work as a customer service assistant and that kind of stuff disgusts me. Anyhow at exactly 8:12pm I had had enough of listening to the crew yell back and forth and watching this idiot order taker keep messing up on everything he put his hands on and I decided I wanted my food so I asked the boy at the counter again if my food was ready so he asked the girl behind him as he explained he didn't see it. But of course these idiot people don't know what they're doing because she went around and pulled the boxes of the shelves and presented me with my meal that had been sitting there from the start. By the time I got home which by the way my home is two min away from here, my food was freezing cold and my breadsticks were stale and cold and my order was screwed up. Never ever buying from this location again, as I would advise everyone to not eat or order from this location again, personally I was so disgusted with this whole experience that I would love to see this store go out of business just so no one ever had to pay thirty dollars for cold pizza and dealing with idiot...
Read moreThis Papa John’s has really disappointed me the last 4 times I’ve ordered here. Last night I thought I’d give them another chance and called in and ordered a medium veggie pizza with extra sauce (noted that the past two times I’ve ordered, the pizza’s barely had sauce on them). I also ordered a 2liter. The wait time was 30-35 mins. An hour went by, so I called to check on it and the system said it was delivered. I open my door and the pizza was on the step without my 2 liter. (The delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door or ring the doorbell). I then called back in to let them know they forgot my 2 liter that I had already paid for and pre tipped the delivery driver as well.. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes I called back 3 more times and the final time I blocked my number to call and they picked up. The same guy answered who placed my order I explained to him that the pizza was cold, the toppings were only on half of the pizza and I didn’t get my Mountain Dew. He said he can’t do anything about it and I told him all I wanted was my 2 liter that I paid for it my money back. He said he can’t do that and he would transfer me to someone else. Then I was hung up on. Terrible service. I paid almost $25 (with a tip) for a medium veggie (half) pizza and 2 litter which I never received. Please do better. Things are too expensive these days to be stealing from your customers and treating...
