Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

If I could give it no stars I would!! First off I had to sit in line waiting while the car in front of me just sat there after she had ordered. Now I don't know if Burger King did this to be like McDonald's or why but they too decided to have two lanes to place your order at. The screens do not work on the side closest to the building. So no one was pulling into that lane. On most days I am impatient but when I am trying to go to work and have very limited time to begin with I am even more impatient. Finally, the cashier says something out of the speaker no one is pulled up to!! So the lady in front of me pulls ahead and it is my turn and I say to the cashier I don't know what the woman was waiting on, she responds with we have a limited crew. Then proceeded to tell me to wait to place my order. I asked for a whipper Jr with cheese, 4 piece jalapeno popper and medium onion rings with zesty sauce. When I go to the window the girl takes my card and charged my card. Then when she handed my card back tells me they are on a timer and needs me to pull my car back so I won't trigger the timer. So I had to pull my car way back before the window and I just sat there waiting for my food. I didn't receive a receipt. Another girl opens the window and holds my food out so I pull up and look inside and ask for the zesty sauce which is when someone finally lets me know they don't have any! Had I known they didn't have any I would not have ordered onion rings. Now let me remind you I asked for a whipper Jr with cheese and that is not what I got. Nope, no cheese at all!! Thank goodness they messed up and gave me a boatload of the jalapeno poppers that I squished on to the sandwich. It made it taste...

I am a big burger king fan. I will never go back to this one. They were rude, angry, and wouldn't listen to what you have to say. I waited over 5 mins in drive thru on a side that was "working" but the other lane was getting orders taken. By the third car I decided to pull around to the other side. I asked about jalapeno bites and was told they are discontinued. I said ok and then I asked for a bacon king with no mayonnaise and large onion rings. This where the rudeness started. I was rudely told they don't have onion rings and i said i can do fries then. I then asked if they have surge due to some burger kings don't have it. I was told very rudly that the "drink machine" is broken. I said ok and then the manager chimed in even ruder than the employee and yelling that the soda machine is broken. I was told i can have a slushie if i want it but that is it because they are essential workers and there is only two of them. I work everyday because i too am an essential worker. I then wanted to tell them about the other drive thru line being possibly broken and was cut off and was told to have a nice day. All of this while my co worker was in my ear listening to the whole thing. By the end of it i just drove off and supported a different restaurant down the road who treats people with...

After my experience tonight I wont be back. Ordered a number 1 with cheese medium with fries, a number 9 no mayo medium with onion rings and an order of mozzarella sticks. We get to the window and the girl tries to verify the order and my boyfriend asked to verify that the whopper had cheese and the chicken sandwich had no mayo, they scrambled and come to find out they had made the order incorrectly so they didn't apologize instead told us that they would take our money then remake the order and asked us to pull up that they would bring it to us. Not even 5 minutes later an employee brought out a bag to us, so we were on our way. Upon getting home we found out that, 1. We didn't receive proper items. No fries for my number 1..2. The whopper had no cheese on it. 3. The chicken sandwich had mayo on it when we specifically asked for none. 4. They included what looked like an extra order of onion rings in no packaging just dumped into the bottom of the bag. 5. They gave us a taco we didn't ask for. I would understand if we were rude to them but we were patient and understanding which makes this experience an even bigger slap in the face..we threw the food away and went elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location, they clearly need to get...
