We recently ordered cookies for Christmas gifts for our customers. We got a quote for the $1500 +/- and we approved it this quote did not have any shipping included or quoted in the price. We got the cookies with the final bill that was $2,098.02, with a shipping charge of $519.90 WTH ?? this was for regular shipping (ground)

Every order I make online I get a quote that includes shipping costs or at least an estimate, this order had nothing on this regarding shipping and we would have not ordered the cookies.... they admitted missing the shipping cost on the quote but would not offer to help or reduce costs... Not happy and will not return.

Ordered 24 cookies for my husband for Father’s Day. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product.

Wanted the cookies to arrive on Friday the 14th, they arrived Thursday the 13th, no issues with shipping. I recently placed 10 orders for businesses and family/friends as holiday gifts. All orders were delivered in the time frame that I requested and everyone is raving about how good they taste. A family member has not had a good cookie in over 10 years due to being diagnosed with a gluten allergy and on the first bite she kept saying OMG, OMG.
