Read moreSurprisingly displeased with a service I just received from Casey's on 23rd Street. Usually I never have an issue and everybody's so kind. But they got this new kid working and he's very standoffish and very rude. I've worked in the service industry for about 10 years and I've never been treated the way that I just got treated inside Casey's. I think he needs some more training because I don't think he knows how to be polite to customers. For crying out loud his cell phone rang and he picked it up and answered it and was talking about how he couldn't wait to get off work before my transaction was even over.
