Was excited to try this place for the first time and when we walked in, it was a beautiful cafe, it was so bright and lively. It was pretty busy and full, but so welcoming and cozy. There's wifi available, a decent amount of tables, and a lot of parking available in the plaza.
We ordered our coffees, which lists no size or any other options, so we just ordered what we saw on the menu. Our cashier was very soft spoken, I really wasn't sure what they said about whole milk, but I was okay with it because I wasn't aware that there were alternatives. It took 46 minutes to get our drinks and they came in a small glass cup for $4.85 ($3.99+tip). We both got the Kashmiri Chai and it was delicious, creamy, sweet, and had touches of pistachio and rose. I was a bit disappointed about the wait time and the size, but it was fine to experience the first time.
About 40 minutes after we got our drinks, I had already finished mine and my friend was almost done, but we had been studying there with our laptops and books. The cashier who helped us was also walking around and stopped at our table. They then asked, "Do you want anything else?" We both said, "No thank you, we're good for right now" and I said, "I might later, but not right now." because I fully intended to buy a snack, but I was not ready yet. And they stood there for a minute and asked again, "Can I get you anything else?" I responded, "Not right now, but I will go up and order later." They once again asked, "Are you sure? I can help you. You don't want anything?" Again, we confirm that we didn't want anything at that moment. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable and we decided that it was our cue to leave. We left because it felt very pushy and we felt like they were hinting that we had to purchase something immediately to stay. We saw a lot of families, children, and other people who stayed longer or stayed to talk and hang out, so it was a bit strange.
Overall, the rest of the staff was incredibly nice. It was a strange first experience, but I also understand it as a business. It felt like they created a space for community, families, and a place to hang out and bring friends and family. The drink was fantastic and I would love to come back to try the other drinks and snacks because they...
Read moreChaSha is the place to be for great food and great chai. The menu is fairly priced with great portion size. We had the bun kabab, club sandwich, sub ka baap, falooda, qeema paratha, fruit.
The bun kabab was a delightful fusion of flavors, with the perfectly spiced minced meat patty sandwiched between soft, pillowy buns. The addition of crispy onions and tangy sauces elevated the taste to another level. Definitely a must-try for anyone craving a flavorful street food experience. The chutney that came with it on the side added extra flavor. Reminded me of the days when we would get burgers from the streets of pakistan.
The falooda was a refreshing and indulgent treat, with layers of silky vermicelli, chilled milk, and syrup, topped with a generous scoop of ice cream and nuts. Each spoonful offered a burst of flavors and textures, making it a satisfying dessert option for any occasion. Highly recommended for those with a sweet tooth!
The club sandwich was a hearty and satisfying meal, with layers of thinly sliced chicken breast, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayonnaise, all sandwiched between toasted bread. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on, making it a perfect choice for a quick lunch or dinner option. Definitely one of the best club sandwiches I've had!
The qeema paratha itself was expertly cooked, boasting just the right balance of crispiness and softness. The qeema (minced meat) filling was generously spiced and incredibly flavorful, with tender meat that melted in the mouth. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving me thoroughly satisfied.
I highly recommend everyone to try Cha Sha. You can take your family or friends any time...
Read moreIf I could marry a snack, Cha Sha & Coffee would already have me in a long-term, committed relationship with their samosa chaat. I’m talking candlelit dinners, matching outfits, the whole nine. This isn’t just food—it’s a full-blown emotional experience. The samosa chaat here? Unparalleled. Like, I’ve had chaat across continents and this one still made me question everything I thought I knew about flavor. Crisp, tangy, spicy, and somehow still comforting—like a warm hug from a sassy auntie who tells it like it is.
And don’t even get me started on the chai tea. One sip and I was transported—mentally wrapped in a soft blanket, gossiping on a breezy veranda, pinky raised like royalty. The spice blend? Chef’s kiss.
Now let’s talk pistachio desserts. Oh honey. Dreamy. Ethereal. Like if pistachios had a glow-up and decided to bless us all with their presence in every form possible. If you don’t leave here with at least two pistachio treats in hand, are you even living?
In conclusion: 5 stars. Would marry the menu. Would invite the samosa chaat to meet my parents. Would elope with the chai. Thank you for existing, Cha Sha & Coffee—you’ve officially ruined all other chaat for me and I’m not even mad.
In the wise words of Taylor Swift: “I’d marry you with paper rings.” But honestly? I’d do it over a plate of samosa chaat and a...
