Food was really good. They are definitely popular, as they were not stop slinging pizzas. They had a hidden salad bar I wish would have been mentioned to me by the wait staff, I would have gotten a salad. The pizza we got had a good amount of toppings, the medium pizza was a great size, and the drinks they give you come in large cups. I really appreciate the large cups. Wait staff was very friendly. It's a great place with good food options and a place for the family.

Should not be allowed to include Chicago in the name. The deep dish is pretty much a cheaper ingredient version of Pizza Hut. I think Little Ceaser’s makes a better deep dish (no joke). Absolutely nothing like a Chicago style deep dish pie. Sure hope their thin or traditional pizza is good. The deep dish certainly is not.

Disappointing. This is the large "Magnificent Mile"... their version of a supreme. Mostly it was cheese and sauce with a few finely chopped toppings. The flavor was decent but, for the price and the amount of toppings you get, it's really not worth it. I would say it fell short of Magnificent.

I'd love to give this place 5 stars because the food is amazing and it's incredibly clean. We've come 3 times in the last 2 weeks and always tipped well except for tonight because the same thing has been an issue all 3x now. We originally thought maybe she was having a bad night the first time but now 3 separate times the older blonde woman working the carry out register has been exceptionally rude. I've always smiled at her, used manners, and this last time commented on how excited we were to find a Chicago's in Columbus just for her to thrust the receipt at me. And tell me to sign it all with a nasty look on her face and a rude tone then immediately walk away. I'm usually the type of person to leave a 40-50% tip especially on carry out because I know most people don't tip them but I just can't justify that anymore here with how she's treated us. If she hates her job so much she feels the need to take it out on customers who are kind to her she needs to find somewhere else to work not in customer service. This also happened at 6pm, 7pm, and 645pm no where near closing. I was always quick to decide what to order and kept things simple and the same order each time. We aren't sure if we're going to come back at this point or just try to find...

Deep dish is delish! We really enjoy the deep dish pizza here and find it to be consistently fresh and delicious. The crust is crunchy and has just the right amount of olive oil to be decadent but not greasy...yum! It's a satisfying bite as you crunch through that crispness into the fresh toppings that sit between not too sweet sauce, cheese and pillowy crust! No matter the toppings this is one of our favorites here. We also enjoy the salad bar... you can make a very nice 1 trip salad with a pretty fair variety for a good price. The last time we visited (October 9) the breadsticks were disappointing, they perhaps were not done enough or new recipe? They were heavy, not airy and chewy like we remember. The service on this day was slow. The wait staff was friendly and efficient but delivery of everything took longer than expected...we sat outside so to be honest I don't really know how many tables there were occupied inside or how adequately staffed they were inside. We just assume there was more work than available hands. :) Our food came to us fresh and hot so it didn't sit on a heating unit waiting...but our drinks and salad plates took longer than expected. Still a great...

My husband and I went to this establishment to eat yesterday and immediately we walked in, the hostess took one look at us from head to toe and asked “do you want takeout?”

We were casually (but decently) dressed and felt this was strange but whatever. We sat down to eat and, in the middle of our meal, one of the hostesses showed up with a remote control and was going to turn off the TV.

This too was strange since not one person came to check on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay. We had to get up twice to get stuff ourselves - once for pepper and another time to get a takeout box.

When we were leaving, the person at the checkout counter swiped our card and left our receipt on the table, turned around and walked away. No “good night”, “thank you” nothing.

While the tomatoes on the pizza were fresh and very delicious, I have to say that no self respecting person should eat at this restaurant (unless you really really love pizza - in that case, go there because their pizza is good).

But if you want to eat at a place where you feel good about being there and you feel good when you leave, skip this restaurant. Their staff are not...
