Updated Review- Against my better judgment, I decided to give this location another try, not once, but twice. On 12/14/24, I placed an online order. One of the items was a brisket burrito bowl with double brisket. When I arrived home and opened the bowl, there was barely a single serving of brisket. I submitted an online complaint and the customer service team sent me a coupon for a BOGO free entrée. On 12/18/24, I used it and my experience was even worse than before. I ordered another brisket bowl, but didn't bother doubling it since it's SO expensive, a barbacoa burrito, and chips with guacamole. The burrito bowl was COMPLETELY wrong. There was literally nothing correct about it. I'm assuming I received someone else's order, but the sticker on the lid had my name and order on it. What's worse is that there were foreign objects in the guacamole. Once I pulled them out, I discovered they must be stickers that are on the outside of the avocados. Thank goodness I didn't eat them! I tried to call the restaurant, but surprise, surprise, no one answered. I filed another online complaint, so hopefully, no one else will ingest something they shouldn't. There needs to be some serious management changes at this location!
This location has really gone downhill. We normally eat here a few times a month, but I doubt we will return to this location anytime soon after today's experience. I ordered on their website at 4:05pm to be picked up at 4:40pm through the drive-thru window. I arrived at 4:40pm, but had to wait over 20 minutes in line behind one car. When I got to the window, the associate informed me that they were out of cups for side items. I had asked for 2 sides of sour cream and one side of the medium salsa. She also said that if the order was wrong "don't bother calling in, ask for a refund online". I left with my order, not feeling very hopeful for what I would find when I got home. When I opened up my order at home, I discovered that I did not receive the double portion of meat in either bowl in addition to my side items....
Read moreThe quality of the food they serve is average for a chipotle. A little worse than you hope for, both in freshness and temperature. Those things can happen, but at this location, in my experience, it happens too often. Even during peak hours when they should be flipping through food quickly. But part of that problem is that too often the crew on the line serving the food appears incapable of moving at a speed faster than slow. This is during peak hours as well as times that aren’t as packed. Yet they manage to keep a line to the door because they can’t take orders or lead a customer through the line in a timely manner. The crew doesn’t greet guests as they walk in. I think there may be issues when training their crew on how to roll burritos as well. Tears, rolling in the wrong direction, spilling over the edges, loosely rolled burritos. I have yet to get a burrito from them that was properly rolled. Sour cream winds up on one side of the burrito and all the meet in the other making it a miserable excuse for a burrito. Better to get a bowl, it is harder for them to screw it up. They do have a dedicated take out specialist, but that doesn’t help the speed at which the regular line moves.
TLDR: -Slow service
-Hit or miss if the person can roll burritos well better to order a bowl
-Skip this location if you are driving through
-ordering online will often result in waiting for your order/or it will be cold when you pick it up.
-DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CONSTRAINT
-allow for 20+ minutes for your wait from getting in the door to getting to order your food.
-Staff all look like their dog died before they...
Read moreThe cashier is always wonderful at this location (No problems ever, always kind and respectful), however some of the rest of the line representitives are not great. I received fustration from a employee due to requesting my tacos in a bowl ( one employee in particular with piricings in her cheeks). I asked the rep to place my tacos in a bowl for easier carrying, from my observation she couldn't understand the concept of creating the tacos in the bowl versus the typical way on a flat piece of foil. She continued to fix the tacs like a regular burrito bowl (adding rice all over the tortilia, not seperating them). I corrected her twice and then she proceeds to throw the rice out of the bowl as if she was disgusted with the situation. I immediately told her forget it and left the store. I called the store and the phones were not working just ringing and ringing. I returned to the store and spoke to the manager who was kind enough to make the tacos properly (since I was already late on my lunch at this point) and she did not require me to pay for the items even thought i insisted on doing so. I just wish that the line representitives could receive additional training or perhaps find other jobs that better suits their unfortunate attitudes towards customers, like unemployment. Also, this was not any of the older women that are there this was a younger female. Many people deserve jobs and cannot receive them and it's awful that employees act that way twards...
