Where do I start? My order was all the way wrong from start to finish. They always forget something, which usually I'll just deal with but today they even messed up the items I got. My items were not what I ordered and I was missing an item. I called back there to speak to the manager and informed her my order was completely wrong. To start off she didn't seem like she cared to begin with. She was so non-chalant about it. she told me she would replace it which even tho her attitude for a better lack of words were pisspoor I agreed. I simply told her I'd be there in about 10 mins she said ok. I get there, there's a huge line. I drove pass the monitor to the window to return the wrong order. The girl at the window hands me the order behind me I told her this isn't mine I have a replacement order. I'm not being rude by the way. She hands me their bag and drink. Whilst I still have my wrong order in my hand. I say this isn't mine here's my receipt she proceeds to shut the window in my face. Now I'm still holding their bag and drink and my bag. She doesn't come back the manager shows at the window and says how would we know you're here if you didn't stop at the monitor which is understandable maybe I should have but she was super rude about it from jump. So I say I just spoke to you I told you I'd be here in 10 mins and she says yea ok? I say ok so here's what was wrong. Then she says well can I have that order back for the car behind you? I say to her I tried to give it back to your employee and she shut the window in my face. If this is how they treat polite customers who they've wrong I could imagine how you'd treat the rude ones. She proceeds to take the bag and shut the window in my face as I'm trying to hand her the drink back that's not mine. 5 or so mins later she comes back with my food mind you I'm still holding the bag with my wrong order in it. She hands me the bag which is my new order doesn't say anything to me and then looks at me like why the hell are you's till here and I say because I want to give you the wrong order back. We'll I don't want it if you don't want it I'm just gonna throw it away is what she says to me. I say no I don't want it because it was wrong so yes take it throw it away we don't want it.! She acts as if I should have kept the wrong order, but I wouldn't be here if the wrong order was ok we would have eaten it but now it's cold and you've made the right order. That was the whole point of me showing up there to receive a new order and give you back the wrong one like I'm suppose to. It seemed they were mad at me for wanting what I ordered. You messed up not me don't get mad at me, I understand we are human and forget and make mistakes but the way they handled the whole situation as a whole was wrong. If you can't take customer backlash or them being upset you need a new profession. I've been going to this taco bell for years and I don't think I'd ever go back after this. It's not even the food...

So approximately 1:30am on Friday night I pulled into the Taco Bell drive-thru on Georgesville. No wait👍🏾 Girl sounds on microphone to take order. I proceed to order and although there was nothing to cause her to not hear me she appeared to be nervous or uncertain on a very clear order. She repeated the order in the way that I conveyed it to her, gave me my total and I moved forward.😶 I got to the window gave her my card, paid and she handed me a bag which seemed light in weight. I look at the receipt and it was wrong.🤦🏾♂️ Not sure how after the back and forth at the window and even clarifying my my order to me she entered it wrong. So she went to her manager and mid to late 30s African American woman. She asked for the receipt...glanced at it grudgingly..then disappeared for a few minutes to grab the rest of my order...so I thought. So my order was a #6 no lettuce with nacho cheese sauce and a large baja blast. The manager opened the window handed me a nacho supreme tacos and with a nasty but but nice tone said thanks. Well I was still missing the soft taco. So not only did I recieve piss poor service and was extremely nice about it..but paid for food I didnt even recieve in full. I will go back to this restaurant as it is close to home. However i will write a review If I encounter another problem like this again. Manager needs coached. Employee needs trained...
Read moreHi guys, my name is Shawn Davis. I would like to ask you guys to visit our Taco Bell any day except Wednesday or Thursday, any time between 9 pm til close. I apologize for the bad experiance you have had we only have one manager at nights and really short staff and when anybody adds an item at the window it will add time to complete your orders also depending on the time we have to make lobby orders and drive through not including the time it takes yo drop your food or grill it potatoes take three min to be made your chalupa shells take two min while your running around like s chicken with your head cut off dropping these food items for your future orders of the cars in the drive through we have to make the current drive through order not in including stesming and grilling while looking up at the screen to check the order all grilled items must be grilled for 11sec and please remember there is only 1-2 people to do all this for you food takes time we want to provide you with fresh good food you may adk what are the other employees do then we ckesn restock making sure your food is fresh served clean surface area and if your driving for ten minutes home of coursr your tacos will get kinda stail the heat of food in the bag while wrapped in the paper makes it sorta steamed making the taco stail but i hope i can try to put a smilr on your face if you come by while im there just wanted you to get an inside look at what we do its not just make your food wam bam...
