I saw the reviews and was like mehhhh but they’re serious.

The breakfast egg hash brown muffin with bacon added was 10/10. It was amazing. I’m coming back for it. The taste and texture are perfect. So crispy and soft and fluffy. The strawberry sando was pretty good my friend LOVED it it’s not my normal food so I’m not the best audience maybe. The omelette sandwich was pretty good, again not my normal food. It was sold out already but I bet my life the candied bacon is delicious. I saw clutch on Instagram and went to check it out because it looked amazing. I got the chorizo hash brown and tomato muffin and he adds a little touch of rosemary to the top which brought all of the flavors together. He said he was testing out some new recipes for the Japanese French toast sando with strawberries and cream and offered to give me a partial refund (wouldn’t take that, he earned it) and threw in a free OJ just because. I had my doubts about putting a French omelette in a sandwich. However the way the soft omelette contrasts with the crusty french bread is fantastic! The herb butter brings all the flavor. I heavily recommend getting the opti(nal tonatoes and spinach to balance out the richness of the other ingredients. I would consider this a "delicate but satisfying" dish.
