Worst experience. I Seen a dip and dots from upstairs and I seen the lady on her phone, by the time I got there it was 8:15 pm . I waited in line after the man in front of me bought a Mountain Dew I walked up to the counter and they said they were closed. But on the website it clearly says they close at 9. I went back around the mall at 8:50 and the lady was still standing there on her phone. Pretty bad...

I happened to be in Tuttle Mall with the intention to get me some ice cream from Dippin Dots. As I walked to the register the young lady did not look up once from her phone!! I waited another 20 secs before I finally left. Later on I saw another young lady SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY HANDLE FOOD!! The Health Department should come shut them down...

Overall, Dippin' Dots are my favorite ice cream ever! I havent had the chance to visit this location yet but lookin forward to the treat. However, I must say, I'm a bit nervous after reading the rewiews! If I drove the distance to only find a sign on the counter, I would be BEYOND P*SSED!! Hopefully the owner found a better choice...
