Not very happy. Ordered two of the large 5 topping pizzas for $9.99 each. Was told they would be ready in 20 minutes by the gentleman on the phone.
Pulled up about 20 minutes later and when I walked in, gave my name, the same man told me my pizzas were next. I sat down. After about 5 minutes, I stood up and asked, are my pizzas ready yet? He walked around the counter and spoke with the lady making the pizzas, returned and said, "Sorry, we had to remake one of your pizzas...we left the pepperoni off". What? That pizza was just pepperoni with Xtra cheese. So that frustrated me. My pizza was done, but they had to remake my kids pizza. He did offer me a coke while I waited which is why I gave 2 stars.
So, about 10 minutes later, I finally get both of my pizzas. I opened them up to check them and my pizza basically had no cheese on it at all and I also asked for one of my 5 toppings to be Xtra cheese.
Upon touching it, it was already starting to get cold and hard because it had been sitting there while they remade the pizza they left the pepperoni off of.
When I told him I wanted Xtra cheese on mine also, he looked at the pizza with me and said "Yeah, sorry man...I'd have to remake that one again also"...."do you want us to remake that one again"?
No, I do not have time to stand around and wait on pizzas to continue being remade while the other one you just remade gets cold. A vicous cycle of remaking pizzas while the other gets cold. I'd rather my kids get their pizza hot.
What really set me off is he said, here is the best I can do to give you your Xtra cheese you ordered and gave me some parmesan cheese in a little bottle.
Seriously Domino's?
I took a picture to prove this. Let me know if you would call this "Xtra Cheese". He rang me up and I paid full price. Got home and pizza was cold. Had to put it in microwave.
As you can see by the picture, look in the middle, Xtra cheese, yeah right. Try no cheese.
I feel like I got robbed out of my $21...
Read moreI just placed a pick up order at the Dominos Millen Road location. 8/26/16 8:00pm. I ordered a large pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni-extra pepperoni. I inquired about the new salads the garden salad and asked what was in the salad, the young lady tells me she did not know what was in them. I asked were they like the bagged salads out of the store. She says that she really can't tell me because she does not know...but she could tell me that one salad had chicken and one had chicken and apples in it 0_0. From the name of the salads I gathered that much. I recommended that "maybe" they should know what was in the salads so if someone inquired they could answer and the customer could make a decision on purchase. She goes on to say, well we just started selling them a week/week and a half ago and that she did not make food (is that the excuse used not to know you job). Not to know what you sell. I told her that I would look it up on the Internet and see if I wanted to purchase it, she said ok. I looked it up and told her from what I could see I wanted to purchase the salad, but if I did not like what I seen when I got there I would not purchase it. Really? Has customer service became this disingenuous that you do not know your job? You do not attempt to ask a couple worker? You do bare minimum and expect that to be enough. I am going to pick up my food and I will ask to speak to a manager. UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED. I TALKED WITH THE MANAGER AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WALKED OVER. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED. NO...
Read moreI have been ordering Dominos pizza about 30-40 ($1200) times a year since I developed a marketing partnership with Alan Johnson of Cowabunga (Dominos) and our local Hockey Team in 2008 or so. Alan is great so this in no way is a reflection of him, but this Columbus GA Milgen Rd store really disappointed me today. I placed my order for delivery at lunch via the website as I had a short time frame to eat for work today. After about an hour I called to see what the problem was and was told that they cancelled the order because they couldn't verify the order due to an incorrect phone number on my account. She said it was to keep the driver safe. From what? They had my payment on my credit card in store as well as my address that every driver there knows. Hell, I even ordered my usual order. She then said they were just trying to call to tell me the 37 minute wait time shown on the site was wrong it would be "2 HOURS". Needless to say I did not get lunch as it was too late to go somewhere. Of course Kaylin the manager did not care one bit. I love Dominos but I guess I can't order from Milgen Rd any more as they are terrible at service and couldn't careless if people just don't eat. Suggestion! When you have all the personal information but a phone number instead of cancelling the order, deliver it and have the driver tell the person to update it when...
