Walk into the restaurant to find 3 employees and one family sitting at a table. The parking lot has 2 cars in the entire lot. A short white kid that works there says to me "I don't think you can park there. You're gonna have to move because it's a fire Hazzard " I have a vehicle and a 12 foot trailer that did take up 4 parking spots leaving them with approximately 20 more. I said how is it a fire Hazzard? What if there were 4 cars in those same spots? Is that still a fire Hazzard? What if 4 friends drove their 4 cars separately taking up those 4 spots and sat at the same table that my son and I were going to sit at? He was trying to argue with a customer from a position of authority versus looking at me as a paying customer. His rudeness did trigger me as I had a long day watching my son get injured at a sporting event. And I apologize to the family that was there for my ugly language and my rude actions in public. I was wrong to curse and I was wrong for my rudeness. The small white man needs to be taught how customer service and sales go hand in hand. Our 20 minute meal would not have impeded the store's sales. And his made up story about a non existent fire hazard was nothing more than made up nonsense meant to make him feel powerful. I would have stayed to eat anyways but I feared that the small white man might spit in my food. We're now at Chic FIL A with the same trailer and the manager greeted me with a smile and opened the door for us after watching me park with the trailer in his parking lot. No fire Hazzard here? Isn't that odd...
Read moreTerrible customer service at this location off Mildgen rd. There were three waitresses and a cook standing behind the counter and only two customers seated. The only one who acknowledged me was the cook and she was very busy. One girl punched in and stood there playing with her nails and hair for a solid 15 minutes. She didn't even look at me. While the other two just stood there making coffee and playing with the computer for 15 minutes! I had stopped in to get two hot teas to go and it literally took over 45 minutes. I would understand if they were busy but they clearly were not. The cook finally told the girl that was playing with her hair and nails to see what I needed after 15 minutes of me standing at the counter!! She then very rudely asked me what I wanted then slowly poured water in two styrofoam cups put cream and sugar packets on the counter by me and walked off. She looked at my confused when I asked for covers for my teas to go and when I asked to pay to leave. I was very unimpressed by that service. My family and I go out to eat quite frequently and since this one couldn't even acknowledge to make two simple teas and show a little kindness. This is one restaurant we will not be...
Read moreI love Waffle House. I normally go to the one on Flat Rock but there was an accident that cause me to make other arrangements. Our server was Jay he was outstanding. However, there was a a lady who had no name tag. White female with bad face acne there she had on a shirt that said grill master (description is only because I have no name for her) . She was having a full on argument with another employee. The other young lady if she said anything she didn't say much or loudly because i didn't hear her. It's very unprofessional when employees are having a disagreement in front of customers. The way she talked to the other young lady was horrible. I hope this is something that can be fixed. I think it's safe to say that I will never return to this location. The food was beyond gross. Wasted money. They had a limited menu stating it was because of snow and truck delay. Which could've been true. However the paper indicated that it's was effective until April 18th 2018. Then prices were also increased on this...
