Panda Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbus

I went there yesterday and ordered teriyaki chicken with lo mein noodles and a order of crab ragoon. I did not check the order before leaving the resturant but when I arrived to my destination I found meat that looked NOTHING like chicken. The meat was a red color similar to pork and tasted nothing close to what I am use to chicken tasting. I called the resturant and spoke with the young lady who took my order. She was very rude and insisted that it was chicken. I explained that I had had the dish before at other places and it was completely different and not appetizing. She became defensive and stated they didn't give refunds; which I didn't ask for. I told her I just wanted something I could eat: lo mein and broccoli with onions. I returned back to the location and she proceeded to argue that I didn't know what teriyaki chicken was and no one else complains about. It was the worst customer service I had experienced. I paid $12 for my meal and was asking to have something 2xs less than what I paid for and they still didn't satisfy me because they put brussel sprouts and baby corn in the the replacement order. Ive eaten better Chinese food everywhere else. My husband I was shopping in the plaza when it got late. I was excited to see there was a Chinese restaurant located a couple suites away. Instead of originally planning to make dinner at home, we decided to check out Panda Garden. We placed our order with a man that would not pay attention. We had to repeat our order several times. The man's actions indicated that he did not want to be there, he was extremely impatient. He read back our order, gave us the total and swiped my card. When we got home to eat, We realized that my order was wrong and it tasted like a blend of several different dishes. I'm not sure that the wok was rinsed between cooking all the different foods. I seen this place from a distance while shopping in the area and decided to call in an order for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, I was SICKENED by the condition of the dining area, so much so, that I turned around a left without my food. There are MANY old dead bugs in the lights, plastic covering the area above the counter to view the kitchen, the back corner is being used for storage, and everything is super old and outdated. Why would you own a restaurant and have no interest in making it look nice or at least clean and inviting to your customers? The food might be amazing (I'll never know)... but I do know that it's about more than just your food and how much money you can make!...
