Sharks Fish & Chicken Milgen Rd — Restaurant in Columbus

Me and my boyfriend love to eat at different restaurants together. He recommended sharks and this was my first time here. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was so friendly and made it a point to greet us as well as other customers. Their atmosphere is very layed back and down to earth. Everything was very clean. I ordered the Philly and buffalo Cajun wings. I see a lot of bad reviews that claim their food didn’t have seasoning, under cooked, or dry. I just want to let everyone know that we clearly had different plates because my food was perfect. Very well seasoned and they gave us plenty of condiments to go with it if we wanted. Buffalo Cajun wings are like a party on your tongue and I’m a Philly connoisseur. It definitely passed the test. Fries are crinkle cut but even the fries have this delicious seasoning dusted on them. Placed my order over the phone, sent my son to pick up our order. He got there and paid for the order, the girl said pick up for Andrew. Nothing was brought to the counter, it sat there for 45 minutes and never brought up. The place was busy, people came and went and my son, the only white dude in the place waited and waited politely. He finally asked about our order and the girl was surprised that he was still there waiting and oh we forgot. They didn't re make the order or the apologize. When my son noticed they did not include the ranch dip, he said I'm missing my 2 ranches, the girl walked to the fridge and gave him 1, he reminded her that he asked for 2, she rolled her eyes and got an attitude with him. He said they are all idiots and will never go here again! I called to speak with the manager, was placed on hold for 4 minutes and hung up on. So her I am leaving a content, and how that management fires them and gets better...

I really like Sharks but I am exhausted with the workers always asking for tips, especially when they don't ensure that you have everything, i.e. flatware. I was not satisfied with today's order. The fries were very soggy, and when I returned to the restaurant, the manager didn't have the courage to tell me that they do not do refunds, he had the employee to inform me of this. He offered to redo the meal over. I don't do, "do overs." If you can not take the time to ensure that the order is correct the first time, but so quickly to ask for a tip, the priority of this establishment is wrong.
