Dunkin' — Restaurant in Columbus

This site was visited December 12, 2021 just days after the grand opening, all food products in general were very disappointing, coffee was good. This site is still working out the kinks...I hope.

Warning the drive through is a real problem, turn to the service window is not possible without backing up my car a couple of times and because your still 4' away from the service window once you arrive both parties have to have an extended reach outside and have to shout to communicate. (recommend use walk-in service, recommend parking at McDonalds next door and walk over to DD for best entry and egress)

All food products ordered were generally terrible, I ordered one bagel with cream cheese, simply could not bite through. The 6 piece hash browns were uneatable as they were clearly and simply over cooked, 1 chocolate glazed donut was fresh and okay, the egg and ham wrap was ok except the shell was dried out , crunchy and tough, we have no idea how that is even possible.

Boston cream donut was a real disappointment but to be fair this is a national DD thing as corporate appears to have reduced the size of all the confectionary products. (Donut Central has the best and freshest donuts in Columbus)

My wife and I have been DD patrons for many years, have had the opportunity to try many locations around this country, excited when this DD opening was announced, very disappointed with todays food products, my wife reports the coffee was the best of all items ordered.

If your looking for good DD coffee use walk-in service, the food product issues can be fixed with managements attention and on focus on quality which is clearly missing, I will revisit in a few weeks and post results of...

My husband Had a Flat tire, and was driving to work… so he pulled off into this Dunkin Donuts, which was the closest place to him. He went inside to speak with an Associate and asked if he could leave the vehicle parked until after he got off work since it wasn’t in the way. This was at 5am. The associate looked outside, and told my husband the vehicle was fine and would NOT be towed, because it wasn’t in the way. I then went back in there after my husband and DOUBLE CHECKED that it would be fine! And the associate, AGAIN checked and said it would be fine and would NOT be towed and that My husband could come Fix the vehicle after work and leave it in the parking lot . After work my husband went back and his vehicle wasn’t there, he went inside to ask where his vehicle was and the associate along with others that was there that morning said THEY DIDNT KNOW WHICH TOWING COMPANY THEY USED !!!!! and made my husband CALL AROUND TO FIND HIS VEHICLE! right before Christmas! I WOULD NEVER DO...

We're passing through the area and wanted something better than the local hotel breakfast and we definitely got it! We got a number of sandwiches, 50 munchkin donut pack, and some coffees. The order was made quickly and accurately and was very tasty.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before going because it seems almost all the fast food places in this area have terrible reviews with less than a 4 or 3 star rating.

It's interesting that everyone who mentions stale donuts doesn't mention WHEN they got their donuts. I've had stale donuts from other dunkin's but that's because I went late in the day. If you want super fresh, you have to go with the breakfast rush.

The only knock I have with this location is the pickup window is way too close to the corner and my truck can't turn on a dime, so I had to back up to pull closer...
