STAY AWAY THIS LOCATION DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! I had filed a complaint yesterday using thier website and honestly I wanted to reach out again today because when I went through again this morning my service was nothing short of terrible. I wanted to buy donuts and coffee for my staff in preparation for Black Friday. I had to go back twice because my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered the smoked sausage sandwich on a plain bagel with hash browns, a box of joe, a coke, and a dozen donuts, when I was pulling out I went to grab my sandwich and to my surprise it was some kind of bacon sandwich on Texas toast. Now I understand that accidents happen so I quickly turned around to go through to get my correct sandwich. When I got to the drive through and politely attempted to tell the employee that the wrong sandwich was made she wouldn’t even let me finish and just kept saying pull through to the window. When I got to the window I again tried to explain what was wrong and she tried to tell me I ordered what I got even though my receipt said differently. She handed me the bag and I pulled away, unfortunately I did not check the sandwich because I figured it would be correct. After driving a mile I decided to begin to eat my sandwich, however when I opened it, it was wrong again...this time on a croissant, I didn’t even bother to turn around because now I was late and had my employees waiting on me at the store essentially ruining the surprise. When I opened the donuts they only had 2 of the donuts that I had ordered, which really bothered me because I was trying to get each employee 2 of their favorite donuts and we didn’t even end up eating half of them because it included donuts that no one liked. I spent $30 and didn’t even get half of my monies worth. Frustrated and irritated I brushed off this experience as a common mistake even though they were not busy when I was there. This morning I stopped by again to see if it was the employees or just a fluke. I ordered the same sandwich but this time with a large black coffee, a chocolate long john, and a coke. This time being smart I checked everything before leaving, and to my surprise the sandwich was on the wrong bread and the hash browns were not included so I sat there for 4 minutes trying to get the man’s attention politely while the SAME WOMAN from yesterday looked at me with a dirty look while she was on the phone, hung up, and walked away seeing that I wasn’t being acknowledged. It was at 8:50am approximately and I urge you to check the video cameras because I sat there saying excuse me sir for literally 4 minutes, I timed it because I was starting to get mad. Finally the man heard me and politely said he was sorry and gave me 2 orders of hash browns, at least he tried which is totally fine by me. My main concern is that this woman needs to be addressed because she is not servicing customers at all and apparently can’t even take an order correctly. To make matters worse when I arrived at work and decided to eat my donut it was smashed, broken in half, and face down in the bag with all of the chocolate on top smeared on the bottom of the bag, there wasn’t anything else in there except the donut. I decided to complete another form on their website but soon realized I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t even fill out the form correctly which is why I turned to twitter to get their direct attention because this stores service is abysmal. I was there around 9:20am yesterday and around 8:50am today. Honestly I feel like I wasted a combined $40.00 over the course of two days on food that wasn’t correct and service that made me NEVER want to go to this store ever again but I’m forced to because the closest one is too far away to justify going to just due to the possibility that the service is...

We go to this dunkin donuts everyday for a long time now. I always get a medium decaf iced latte made with oatmilk and 4 liquid sugars with the espresso on the side because they make the drinks way too strong. Well it's only been since the last like week some guy in there claiming he's the manager (we've never seen him) came on the speaker and hollering they can't do that. I told them we do it everyday. He said no. We argued and they finally did it. They gave me a cup that said iced coffee but yet it was exactly right just the oatmilk with sugar and then the espresso in a separate cup on the side, so obviously whoever made it knew what i wanted even when it was rung in wrong. The next day we went ordered the same and the guy that's always there finished saying our order in the speaker before we even pulled to the window. Not a problem. The next day did it again and some lady I've never seen before told us no. We didn't understand why not then the same manager came to the window and said no but he will do it this time and no more. We went to the one in delaware yesterday, no problem. Everywhere else they do it NO PROBLEM. We go there today the lady tells us no again so fine we say, only put half the espresso in there. Tasted it and gave it back. Too much espresso. So they remade it. Now it's okay espresso but they must of added more sugar it taste like straight sugar. Don't understand why if I pay for something I can't get it on the side and pour it in how I like it! Usually we pour the rest in my husbands drink but this way I'm not even getting what I paid for...I'm getting less. I still cannot think of any reason why I can't get the espresso that comes in my drink that I paid for on the side. I'll just go down the street from now on I don't even want to spend...

First and foremost, let's get it straight. This is a one star review but GM wouldn't let it through their filter unless it was 3 or above. Gee, favor the corporations much? I swear to God, I sat here for an hour toggling only the star count and passage was predicated on that! Now the review...With some businesses, you can say they've gone "downhill". However with this one, off a cliff into a canyon. I actually was challenged by the thug working there to meet him in the parking lot. Let's digress, I was in there late Saturday afternoon May 27th, after the adults of the staff apparently left. I was just sitting there minding my own business and studying for my work. There was only some young girl who seemed new and some punk, both of whom had way too much time, with the girl actually sitting on the floor under the coffee dispensers, looking at her...3 guesses, first 3 don't count. So this thug...I swear (no pun intended) I counted about 5 F bombs as well as other obscenities from him. When he hit number 5, I had had enough and went over and told him what I thought of him. I went off. He just smirked and said "hey bro, I'm just doing my job, go sit down". Really? First of all, you're not doing anything. Second, you a sailor? BTW, Ohio is a 1-party consent wire tap state and I had my recorder going.
