I'm devastated to write this review. Emilio's has been a long time favorite of mine. I have historically been obsessed with their special salad. Today we called to place a delivery order and the person who was taking the order was saying it would be at least an hour for delivery. To which we advised totally fine no rush and the person taking the order was clearly not thrilled we were still willing to place the order it caused us to overall feel like we should just not order because he clearly didn't want to be inconvenienced by this. I booked this caterer for my daughter's baby shower. It was on 4/19. I am out of state so could not sample the food beforehand. I ordered a cannoli and cookie tray for 25 people and received a 4x7 in tray of bonbons. I also ordered a cheese and fruit tray for $130 and I'll just received fruit. I was told ice was not included in my non-alcoholic drink station and the tortellini was so overcooked it was mush. You could do better cooking for yourself in a microwave. Please do not use this caterer not only was the service horrible but their response was just as dreadful.
