Fenders — Restaurant in Columbus

Came here last night with my husband, sister and brother in law for drinks. There happened to be a band they were a good band. The vibe here inside is very cookie cutter new bar no personality besides the band if they have one. Food I would give a zero stars ,just order pizza next door. So we had a tab going in the end I had an asked to look at the bill. They didn’t give me an itemized receipt just here you owe this much. Which I like seeing what I am paying for what all they are charging me. So with the new bill I seen I was charged one or two extra drinks I thought. I ask to talk to the manager which was a tall blonde bartending. I could tell by her resting you know what face she was not pleased with me questioning her I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t being over charged. She gave attitude for sure she ended up saying I will take to drinks off with such frustration and then says if a measly 20 bucks means that much to something along the lines 20 bucks isn’t nothing to her was what she was saying. Well guess what maybe you have had a privileged life and things were handed to you all your life but yeah we work for our money a dollar two dollars it all means something to me. I am not ashamed of that that’s how you keep yourself humble as well. Anyway a manager should have not spoke to me like that bottom line. Also I did give her the bird after she said here I will take off your measly 20 bucks you are worried about. I couldn’t help it she frustrated me. So needless to say I left a little unhappy with...

....when you go there at night it is pitch dark off the road....and there is an unreadable tiny street sign for market exchange drive that you cant even see in the dark or read.....so when you turn right there..it's only like 100 ft after turn but its impossible to see or read....so if you miss the turn...you have to drive like 5 miles bcuz the road is torn up and only one lane so you cant turn around.....so you also have to know which 23n to take there are 2....missed that turn also....so the Mgr. running this place should put up a sign outside so you can see it and not miss the turn....after missing 3 turns in my car for over an hour..I just went home...way to go Mgr of fenders.......you have to look at it like it is the 1st time you've been there and its pitch dark....IM sure if you can make it there its a cool place inside and great bands so...

I have been to Fenders now on several occasions. Depending on the night they seem to always have something new going on whether it’s been a live band (which I personally enjoy) or karaoke, trivia etc... they also host Sundays for the Minnesota vikings club which I’m not a vikings fan but it’s cool to see a bar support a particular team in such a manner that the bar has been full each Sunday occasion I’ve been there. The staff has always been friendly and for lack of better words are visually appealing. I actually met the owner one night and he seemed to be a stand up guy as well. I would definitely recommend fenders as a great neighborhood bar, place to relax and enjoy great music.. Thank you Fenders for...
