DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED.
Sleep Number is one of the worst companies my wife and I have ever had to deal with. We had too many problems to list them all here. Everything was a struggle AFTER we placed the order with them. Numerous issues such as the store not instructing us to order the proper accessories, late deliveries, and not having any information match up between customer service and the store manager.
The most frustrating issue that happened was that our bed was sagging in the middle. I was told by the store manager there was a support piece for my bed that I needed. I tried to order it though customer service but they said the piece did not exist. A team from Sleep Number home delivery ended up coming to our house and confirmed we needed the support piece which they ordered for us. After the delivery for the support piece was over a week late, I called customer service to get an update and once again, they said the piece does not exist and the order was never placed.
Considering the investment made in purchasing this bed, combined with the complete lack of customer service, it was in our best interest to return the bed. Read moreWonderful staff. Great experience. Messoud Dek was our sales floor expert. His no pressure approach was a welcome relief. At no time during our visit did he try to up sell us. I asked questions and he answered them. The answers to some of our questions enabled us to make the best choice for us. I’m excited to receive our new bed in the next few days and hopefully find a new level of sleep nirvana that I’ve been lacking for years. Thank you guys! Any issues I have in the future will be with the manufacturer and not the staff. I’m glad to know that I will have kind and courteous staff that I can return to in a brick and mortar location if I do need help. You can’t get that support if you just order online. Read moreI have a sleep number bed about 10 years old. I have been told by a couple sales people... The beds will last a long time. Someone has had one for 25 years. It's great. Except the remote is broken I spoke with a sales person who referred me to customer service. Customer service took my $60 and "ordered" me new one more than a month ago. Nothing. Tried to call customer service twice. One was a 2 hour wait so press one and will call back. Nothing. Call again. "Our system is down. Will call you back. ." Nothing. Went to store. Salesman sent a n email to multi store manager. "Will take a couple hours. Will call you back. I promise."Nothing. They love to sell but then the service is HORRIBLE.
