Frutta Bowls — Restaurant in Columbus

Honestly, I was so excited for this location as I used to visit the one in Montgomery regularly. Such a let down. The portions are smaller for an increased price, and the fruit not very fresh at all. A lot of ours was so mushy we didn’t eat it. I ordered a yogurt bowl and it took the girl 10 minutes to figure out something so simple. I had to tell her what was on it according to the picture twice. She then made it wrong, but put the fruit she had already placed on mine… on someone else’s bowl. I understand it just opened, but it should not be so frustrating to order a simple parfait. Then at check out they placed our bowl on someone else’s tray but grabbed it back and then gave it to us. I will add that it was not busy, only us and one other couple in line. Huge disappointment and the employees need more training...

If you’ve been to any other Frutta Bowls be prepared to have your expectations crushed. Iv been waiting a long time for this location to open and I’m extremely disappointed. You would think they’d bring the “A” team in to open but it was far from that. Lady making my bowl took forever to read the simple instructions on how to make the food then proceeded to drag her hair across the food as she was making it. At the end she smashed the lid on it making a mess. Also got a toast with strawberries on it and I’ll let the pictures speak...

Even when walking in I could already tell the staff had bad attitudes. Ordered half turkey bacon sandwich small soup combo. Initially the sandwich had no turkey and had to ask to have it put on there. Then the sandwich was sloppy and dripping with ranch and what looks like bacon bits. The half combo is more expensive than even a make your own salad and is very poor quality. The soup is grainy and tastes undercooked and cold. Just a horrible meal for $13 will not be...
