I am absolutely obsessed with the baked spaghetti with meatball dinner . I add mushrooms and extra cheese to it . The sauce tastes homemade . Chunks of tomato in the sauce . Sauce is not too thick, not too thin . Meatballs inside, I believe you get two. But they are of good size, guessing around golf ball size . Comes with garlic bread ( basically ½ sub bread with garlic butter and Italian seasoning on it. You also get a pretty good-sized side salad . In the salad is iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese & and pepperoni. Comes with a packet of garlic butter croutons and your choice of dressing. I get both Ranch and Italian dressings. Brand name of Dressings is Marzetti . They also give you a few packets of Mama Francesca brand parmesan cheese. For around $12.50 .. Great deal. The atmosphere is kinda closed in, and most of the time, no one eats in but takes food to go. They serve all kinds of items per menu and also offer sodas by can and 2 liter . No public restroom is available here. So go before you come to order or you will ha e to drive to the closest restroom which is at Krogers . They seem always busy, but I've never had to wait more then 20mins when ordering for pick up . They also offer delivery here. Parking can be confusing as there is only so many sposts on side street to park . And in between the building and houses is a gravel covered area but there is a sign saying no parking ↕️ . Most people I believe do park at the gravel spot.

If you're looking for wings, absolutely not. This place has very good pizza though! I've ordered pizza from here plenty of times and have not had a bad experience with the pizza even once. Today was the first time that I tried their wings and haven't seen any reviews on them so I felt it was really important to describe for the wing eaters. They are a little on the juicy side (baked wings), comparable to frozen wings from the grocery store that you cook in the oven. The garlic parmesan wing flavor is good and for the wings to be the texture that they are, the sauce didn't make the wings soggy, which is good. A huge plus that they delivered in bad weather conditions! Great pizza! Delivery fee was only 2.75$ :)

A trip to Flavortown, Columbus style pizza at its best. A good pizza starts with great crust and this homemade dough delivers dandily. Extra sauce is my thing and some tomato-y goodness going on here. Great choice of cheese and then baked to perfection with that crispy pepperoni to top it off (hats off to the the owners who made it today who apparently have a passion for prized pizza). Definitely will be back for more of this delicious pie 🍕 I live out of town and finally made it back last night (January 2024) and had the extra large grand gourmet with extra sauce and it was off the charts good - still eating it this morning for a breakfast of champions - cheers !

I have been going to Grandma's Pizza for years. This evening I called to order food (did the 3 foot long subs deal they always have) they tried charging me $10 extra to add two extra toppings on our subs.. again been going there for years and not one time have they done that. I was taken aback by the total when she told me and i was like is that a mistake? She says ,"I'm not dealing with this, you take it" and passed me off to a manager I'm assuming? I asked him if that was right and he said yeah, 1.50 something per topping (mind you literally onion and olives). I was polite and was just like seriously? I order all time and that's never happened.. he was incredibly rude... I was shocked and just said nevermind, I'm good and he was like alright and made some comments i cant remember now. They were both so rude. Ended up callimg a different location and told them and he was just as shocked.

I normally don't do these reviews unless it's something really great or really bad.. and that was just bad- especially Because I've been going there for years. I live in German village and super close but will glady drive 15 minutes to the one on broad.. I will never go back there again. I understand charging maybe for extra topping like a flat fee for all three subs but $10 is just insane and to be rude like that just blew me away. Sounds like management needs to have a talk with people about how they talk to and treat people, especially when I was being...

I ordered 2 subs. Paid for Xtra cheese on both, Xtra banana peppers on 1 and no banana peppers on other. I picked up and went home. I did not receive cheese or banana peppers on one sub at all, when it was supposed to be Xtra cheese & Xtra banana peppers. The other sub barely had cheese on it when it was supposed to have Xtra. I called after holding about 10 minutes and spoke with a lady who said she made them and she knows they were correct and she wouldn't remake after I offered to return to store to show her the subs. She did say she couldn't remember about banana peppers and if I returned she could give me some. The lady was rude, & unapologetic like I wasn't telling the truth. I paid for the extras and that is what I wanted. I wanted them remade. She refused. How can you be making subs and answering the phone on a Friday night? I can see why she made the mistakes, doing too much. I just said 'ok' and hung up. Me & my husband's meal was ruined expecting good customer service from this woman. We had been on hold 10 minutes and our subs were cold by then. They were not made correctly. I will NOT be giving Grandma's Pizza on Parsons any more business. They have poor customer service and will not make your food correctly and...
