It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Columbus

This is actually a Chili's, not a local wing place like I thought. It took us so long to find the place (there was no signage until you get into the parking lot and in a curbside pickup spot. Those signs have a small It's Just Wings logo printed on the curbside pickup sign. My boyfriend went inside to pick up the order because when we tried calling the phone number from the website, it went to a Chili's automated system, so no way to get help with our order. When my boyfriend went inside, he made eye contact with the person working the curbside to go area and the person just turned and walked away. He had to wait until they got back to figure out where our food was located. By the time we got home, the food was so cold 🥶. I had the apple BBQ sauce Wings and the sauce was good. It's just bad. Both the wings and fries tasted like bad, old, and/or rancid oil. The fries were also overcooked and nearing a burnt taste. The wings were poorly sauced, there were multiple wings that barely had any evidence of sauce at all. The buffalo sauce was fine, but the garlic parm was not good, kind of bitter or sour, but maybe that was the bad oil. And on top of all that, there were errors with my order, bone-in instead of boneless, which also means fewer wings. Isn't this all you do? How can it be so bad? I've never left a wing order...

I used to order these wings all the time. I loved the different sauces you could choose from. The wings were always well cooked, soft, breading wasn't over powering. All together was great.

Recently, I ordered them and the peices were barely bite sauce. Sauces were changed to dry rub without anything in the description saying so. They were burnt to the point that you could hardly cut through them. I am very disappointed that this was such a dramatic change. I will never order...
