KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

I wish there would have been a a location closer to me that's different than the one on Sullivant and Demorest every time I order from there they get my order wrong like tonight for example I spent $80 I ordered a six piece 16 piece chicken dinner my sides were coleslaw mashed potatoes and mac and cheese then I ordered a 12 piece chicken tender then ordered two extra large orders were extra large mashed potatoes and gravy and extra coleslaw and an extra mac and cheese and I get home and hear all they got me for was the right chicken the chicken tenders one coleslaw one mac and cheese and One Nights potato or two mashed potatoes and gravy they forgot my extra add-on items and heaven forbid you call the store to tell somebody so I've been trying to get ahold of him for two hours now and the phone is constantly busy and I've been calling it back-to-back so apparently the employees there take the phone off the hook so that way nobody can get through I hope corporate office read these feedbacks has some major help needed done to the staff at the one on Sullivant and Demorest here in Columbus Ohio it's sad cuz I'd love to have seafood even though it's out of my way next time I'll drive all the way to the one on South High Street 20-30 minutes away from my house so that way I can get the...

I come here all the time and ALWAYS get the food I ask for. Yall must have new people working in there because they don't know what there doing. When I came this day June the 5th around 1pm I asked for an 8 pc meal with it having 2 breasts and the rest thighs in original. At first the young lady said it will be a 16 mins wait because they just dropped some chicken. I said, it's okay that I will wait. Then she goes and and says hold on, and starts counting the chicken while on mic and she said she acfually had enough and what were my 2 sides. As I was telling her the sides, someone else gets on the mic and asked me to repeat what I wanted again. Which I did. Then she goes on saying, Oh we can't do that. I said why not, they do it for me all the time. She says, well we are Not doing that today. Then she says there is a deal on dark meat so we need to keep all our dark meat so we can't honour you that. Like whatever that means? Yall are a chicken joint and you need to save dark meat, like what? But no sign whatsoever saying there was a deal on dark meat cause if that's the case, why can't I have my meal mostly DARK MEAT? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!! On Sept 9th my husband went threw their drive thru shortly before they closed and instead of giving us fresh food they gave us the nastiest dried out food that had been sitting so long that the chicken could of broke teeth, but that was not the worst part of it. There was a piece of chicken that was UNIDENTIFIABLE ! At first I thought mabey they fried several pieces together and they stuck that way but the more I looked at this piece it just didnt look like that was possible. I had to take multiple photos of this piece of chicken just to show how strange it actually looked. My husband said the 2 smaller pieces he ate (before we even seen the UNIDENTIFIABLE one) made him feel sick to his stomach . The mac and cheese was disgustingly dry as well. And if this was not bad enough, we paid for 16 piece's and only got 8, there was no biskets and we were missing 2 gravys and one side so we didnt even get half our order!! I have repeatedly tried to get this franchise to answer my complaint and they have done NOTHING ...
