I wish I could give zero stars. The cashier lady at this location was very rude. She let me swipe my credit card twice for the half dozen donuts I ordered. When I got my credit card bill, I found both transactions went through.
So I called them last Sunday asking for a refund, the man on the phone told me I had to call the store manager on Monday to have this issue looked up to.
I called on Monday the entire morning. Nobody picked up the phone.
Then I went on their website to call their customer service line. The customer service lady took the comprehensive set of my personal information including my full name, my address, my phone number, and my email address. After all these, the solution she gave me was to send me a coupon of the double charged amount. I live 15 miles away from any of their stores and have no interest in planning a trip just so I could the coupon. So I told her I just wanted my money back. She then said I had to call the store manager to do this. Here we are, at the beginning of the loop again: the store manager doesn't answer phone calls. I asked the customer service lady if she could transfer my call to the store manager, she said no. She told me she'll let the store manager call me back and rudely hanged up.
And of course there's no calling back from the store manager.
All in all, I spent 90 minutes in total over the last two days trying to get my $8.58 duplicative charge back. I could had spent this time working or with my family. I hate myself putting even more time on them by writing this review right now.

Read moreThe shop looked really depressing. As soon as I got inside I wanted to leave. No greetings, no smiles, I had the feeling that customers are not welcome in the store because this is more work for them!
One day I ordered mini doughnuts online the night before the delivery day, I even chose the delivery time 30mn before they close.
The next day while at work, they call me 45mn before closing telling me there are out of mini doughnuts. Not only I made the order almost 24h ahead of time, but I didn’t take the order at work like planned for my coworkers and couldn’t make another delivery because they were closing soon.
5 days later I wanted to check the store by myself and didn’t like it at all. I still ordered mini doughnuts and asked the reason why I haven’t received an email about the refund I was supposed to get from the order cancellation.
The manager came later with a what looks like an order number for refund that was made immediately that day! If I didn’t ask then I wouldn’t have received my money!
Also the manager didn’t neither apologize for the cancellation that day nor for forgetting to refund me.

Read moreI've been frequenting this place for the past year, and I've been so disappointed how the quality of this place has gone down. The drive thru menu is organized so sloppily if they even bother to replace the panels they take down. The customer service has gotten more bitter and bitter, as if I'm genuinely bothering them whenever I come down to ask for a three-pack. It'd be one thing if they were busy, but I've rarely, RARELY seen other cars in the drive thru. As for the indoor area... I've only seen workers.
It'd be one thing if it was just the verbal attitude and the fact that they barely filled 1/7th of their raspberry jam filled donuts. However I ordered three strawberry iced glazed donuts instead of my usual two strawberry iced and Rapsberry jam 'filled'(even though they barely put any jam in it) donuts. They decided to instead of giving me three strawberry iced glazed donuts, give me 1 regular strawberry glazed donuts and 2 of the mini strawberry glazed.
Don't go to this store. They don't respect you, and there's a Duncan Donuts not too far...
