I tried out this food truck today, after seeing it while passing by after work. I got the loaded fries and the Mixed over Rice. Fries were awesome, and easily enough to share. For the price, it's a good value. The mixed over rice was AMAZING. Rice was perfectly cooked, and the meat and sauce combo was perfect. Portion was huge as well. Finally, there was a bit of an issue that caused my order to be delayed. The owner was super nice and apologetic, and made everything right for me. He even gave me a free Mango Lassi to make things right. I really appreciated that above-and-beyond level of customer service. You can tell the folks running this business really care about their food and the customer service. I'll be stopping by here next time...
